Data Update request
It is important that we hold accurate details for your daughter, and it is your responsibility to inform the school in the event of any changes to your daughter’s medical information, dietary, home address details and most importantly, changes to her emergency contact details that we hold in school.
Please could we request that you log into the Arbor Parent Portal or Arbor Parent App to check that your daughter’s medical information, home address, and emergency contact details are up to date.

Elevate Education Reminder
At this point in the year, some students –and parents – might be starting to feel a little overwhelmed by the exam season ahead. To help, Elevate Education’s next webinar will focus on trying to relieve some of that pressure by offering targeted exam-preparation advice for parents.
During the session, Elevate Education will walk attendees through some simple ways to help their child prepare in the run-up to an exam - right up to the night before.

Year 9 Review by Elin
As a team we really enjoyed our time at Condover not just participating in the activities (high ropes, abseiling etc) but also playing competitive netball. We were really surprised with the level of competition and skill that we faced and our team did a great job adapting to new strategies and game play we hadn't faced before. We had some excellent feeds and interceptions which we will only continue to improve. It was also an amazing opportunity to further our teamwork and develop our understanding of netball, in a fun and competitive manner. All of WGHS' s teams played amazingly and was a great opportunity for all of us. It was such an enjoyable way to prepare for our upcoming tournament. And am so grateful we were able to partake in this Condover experience.

We kicked things off with a super competitive game against St Margaret’s, going head-to-head with their academy squad in an intense match full of intercepts. Next up was Priestley, and as soon as the whistle blew, it was non-stop action in a super fast-paced game. Day two brought a whole new strategy—switching up our attack and defence which turned out to be our best move yet! We had another tough but exciting match against Canterbury before finishing on a high with a big win against St Margaret’s!
Off the court, we made the most of everything Condover had to offer abseiling, archery, tunnelling, the disco, glow-in-the-dark netball, and of course, the high ropes . When we weren’t playing, we were out supporting our junior teams and making sure to cheer louder than any other teams! It was the perfect way for us sixth formers to wrap up our last time at Condover amazing netball, loads of fun, and memories to remember forever!
