Volunteerin Opportunities
There are volunteerin updates to add to the membership pa e this month.
Claire Pavey has been newly appointed “Volunteer Coordinator” workin to coordinate the volunteers in and around the club and she has a call to action below…

“On Saturday 1st July we have a volunteer open day and workin party at the Stadium.

Its bein held between 9am and 4pm with the oal o cleanin up the stadium in time or the upcomin season.
We are lookin to et sweepin , weedin and cleanin completed on the day.
I you are able to help please et in touch or come down on the day, brin in your own tools please.

A round up o new aces…
Off the field, we are deli hted to welcome Ollie Keable as Head o Media. Ollie has to fill the bi shoes o Ted Slocombe and comes with experience at Potters Bar Town and Kin s Lynn.
Crai Adams is (like Ollie) a man with experience up north and is known to have been a ollower o the Terras or many years. He joins to work on the U23s and rowin our own players ready or the first team.
On the field we have retained Max Hemmin s, Tom Bearwish, Keelan O’Connell, Scott Rees, Teddy Howe, Harvey Slade and Frankie Monk.
We welcome back Gerard Benfield (permanently), Brandon Goodship and Calvin Brooks.
In terms o new names the current list is … Joel Rollinson, Chris McQueen, Anthony Cheshire. Tyrique Clarke, Tom Sta , Leo Hamblin, Dan Roberts, Norman Wabo, and Charlie Rowan.
The Women’s team have so ar revealed that Gracie Billin has re-si ned or another season.
We would like to wish all o our players and staff (new and retained) all the best or the comin season and thank them or their uture efforts or the club.

WFC Women at the Grassroots Football Awards

Despite not winnin the award WFC Women were nominated or, there was still plenty to celebrate at the recent 2023 Women's ootball awards.
A ter the event the team commented that “We may not have won, but just bein nominated alon side so many bi names is unbelievable. Once a ain, our sincere thanks to everybody who nominated us, and to every player, coach and volunteer, without whom none o it would be possible!”
The team has been placed in a division with some tasty local derbies with Frome, Bath and Poole next season which will be reat to row their brand.
