Duane Fouts was born and raised in Montana, moving to Arizona in 1987. He is no stranger to the real estate industry, having started his real estate career in 1988. Duane obtained his Arizona Brokers License in 1995 and spent many years as the Owner/Designated Broker for the largest real estate company in Arizona, managing as many as 1,850 agents in the firm.
Bob is a past president of SEVRAR, conducts West USA’s weekly sales meetings and co-hosts the Tuesday Morning Webinar. In addition, Bob handles agent calls and consumer complaints. Bob is also known as the “Information Guru” among the West USA family and has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years.
In 2016, Susan was the President of the Phoenix Association of Realtors while also serving as a Director for the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. She had been a Director with the Arizona Association of Realtors for 7 years and currently serves on the Executive Committee as the Chair of the Professional and Business Development Committee. She holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute Designation and is also a member of the Master in Real Estate Society.
Dean has had his Broker”s license for 12 years. In his career in Real Estate, he has advanced from Agent, Associate Broker, Team Leader, to Managing Broker. He holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation and is also a member of SEVRAR.
Kyle was born in northern Montana and moved to Phoenix with his family at the age of 7. After graduating from Coronado High School, while attending GCU he pursued a degree in Business Administration. After college he joined his family at Dan Schwartz Realty. He went on to get his Brokers license three years later and has been a managing broker here in the Valley for the last fifteen years. In 2004 he married his beautiful wife Lauren, they have 4 children together, Ayvery, Sydney, Georgia, & Oliver.
