Pumpkin Spice Popcorn
This pumpkin spice popcorn mix will get you in the mood for the holidays. Yield: 8 Cups
Ingredients
8 cups of popped corn 1/3 cup butter 3 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch of ground ginger
Directions
1. Put popped corn into large bowl. 2. Melt butter and add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. 3. Stir until sugar is dissolved. 4. Drizzle over popcorn and toss until well coated.
Toffee Almond Chocolate Popcorn


With sweet toffee bits and toasted almonds, this chocolate-covered popcorn treat is definitely a crowd-pleaser. Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
4 cups popped popcorn 3/4 cup chopped toasted almonds, divided 6 tbsp toffee bits, divided 6 oz milk chocolate, melted 1 oz dark chocolate, melted
Directions
1. In large bowl, toss together popcorn, 1/2 cup almonds and 4 tbsp toffee bits. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate; toss until well coated. 2. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle with dark chocolate; sprinkle with remaining almonds and toffee bits. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set; break into clusters. Tip: Substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate, if preferred.

Holiday Popcorn Snowman
The next best thing to building a real snowman, these adorable easy-to-construct popcorn snowmen are sure to be a hit with the kids. Yield: 10 balls, 5 snowmen (2 balls each)
Ingredients
10 cups popped popcorn 1 (1-pound) package large marshmallows 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla Decorations: sprinkles, licorice, gum drops, candies, etc.
Directions
1. Melt marshmallows and butter in a large saucepan. 2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes. 4. Pour over popcorn and stir. 5. Butter hands well and form into balls. 6. Decorate as desired

Easy, Elegant Holiday Popcorn
Holiday parties just got better. This sweet confection will bring your holiday festivities to a new level. Yield: 8 Cups
Ingredients
8 cups popped popcorn 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Candy sprinkles
Directions
1. Spread popcorn in thin layer on serving platter. 2. Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave. Drizzle over popcorn. 3. Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave. Drizzle over popcorn. 4. Immediately sprinkle desired amount of sprinkles over warm chocolate-coated popcorn. 5. Allow drizzles to set up until firm. Serve.
