Westside Estate Agency is a boutique real estate brokerage that specializes in the high-end residential market.
The company is defined by the values and the vision of its two founders, Stephen Shapiro and Kurt Rappaport. In 1999, Stephen and Kurt were two of the most well-known and successful realtors in Los Angeles. Nevertheless, they felt there had to be a better way to meet the expectations and individual needs of their high-net-worth clientele.
It wasn’t long before the two began making plans for a different kind of brokerage, a real estate agency committed to putting client service first, with the goal of completely satisfying the needs and desires of each client. In the words of Stephen, “Negotiations conducted with intelligence and integrity provide great results for our clients.”
WEA has retained its independence, in the face of widespread acquisition by a handful of impersonal agencies. Remaining independent means we answer to our clients, instead of a corporate headquarters thousands of miles away.

Hi Amber! Your ears must have been burning today as Viv and I were talking about you... While we are stuck in Ottawa we have been looking around at cottages on the river as a project and have been dealing with local Realtors. The level of service and detail leaves a lot to be desired.
