STUDENT BIOS 6-8 Cast Bios Layla Siler (Dorothy Gale) Layla is a 6th grader in her second show at the middle school. Outside of school, she is a member of Borelli’s Dance Gallery Competition team. In school, she is an active member of Chorus, Drama Club, PRIDE Partners, and Student Council.

Layla would like to thank her family, friends, and everyone who has supported her in the musical.

Camryn Burow (Wicked Witch/Gulch) Camryn is an 8th grader at the Middle School. She is involved with band, chorus, WM Soccer, student Council, PRIDE Partners, Job Holders Club, Drama Club and Broadcasting Club. Camryn would like to thank her family and friends for being so loving and supportive.

Elijah Needham (Scarecrow) Elijah is a 7th grader who is actively involved in theater around the Pittsburgh area. Recent credits include: Descendants (Ensemble), Dorothy in Wonderland (White Rabbit), Once on this Island (Gatekeeper), Seussical (General), and Addam’s Family (Lurch).

He’s currently rehearsing Matilda! Elijah would like to thank Mrs. Ruffing and his family.

Jonathan Jaskulski (Tin Man) Jonathan is an 8th grader in his final musical at the middle school. He is very involved throughout the building with band, chorus, Job Holders Club, Yearbook Club, Student Council, PRIDE Partners, Drama Club and Titan Broadcasting Club.

Jonathan would like to thank his family for being so supportive and proud of me for finally finding my “thing”.

Agostino “Gus” Pasquantonio (Cowardly Lion) Gus is a 6th grade student at WMMS. Though this is his first show at the middle school, Gus attends Pittsburgh Musical Theater for Acting, Voice, Jazz Dance, Tap Dance and ballet. At school, Gus is a member of the chorus and Drama Club. Gus would like to thank his family for all their support!

Hayden Kearns (The Wizard/Coroner) Hayden is in her third musical at the middle school! She is an 8th grade member of the Drama Club and participates in Chorus. She’d like to thank her mom, her grammy, her brothers, her boyfriend, Kevin Squires, Mrs. Ruffing and those who helped with the show!!

Kelsey Gloster (Glinda the Good Witch) Kelsey is an 8th grade student in her first show at WMMS. In school, Kelsey is a member of the chorus, WIRC Club, Green Team, and Save Promise Club. She is also a cheerleader. Kelsey would like to thank Mrs. Ruffing, Mrs. Zebrowski and Mrs. Sanders.

Chelsea Dishong (Aunt Em/Barrister) Chelsea is an 8th grade, three-year musical participant!

Chelsea is involved in a number of activities throughout the school including: Art Club, WIRC Club, Drama Club, Save Promise, Green Team, TRU, Broadcasting Club, and Student activities.

Chelsea would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her always.

Jeffrey Chavis (Uncle Henry) Jeff is a 7th grader in his first musical. Jeff is a member of the Middle School Football team. He also plays in the band. Jeff would like to thank his Mom, Dad, brothers, Baba, Nana, Reid, Jameson and Elijah.

James Mitchell (Mayor of Munchkinland/Guard) James is in 6th grade. He participates in band, chorus, Anime Club, Art Club and Drama Club. “I’d like to thank God, my family and my friends for always supporting and encouraging me!”

Jenna Jakub (Munchkin Leader/Featured Dancer) Jenna is an 8th grade student at WMMS. Jenna is a member of the soccer team, the chorus, the student Job Holders Club and the Save Promise Club. Outside of school, Jenna dances at ABC Dance Studio. Jenna would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her, and for Mrs. Ruffing for letting her be a part of the musical.

STUDENT BIOS Taryn Favers (Tot/Featured Dancer)Taryn is thrilled to be performing as a featured dancer in The Wizard of Oz! She has a passion for dance and loves being on the stage. When she’s not performing, you can find her laughing with her friends, listening to music, or just being her fun, energetic self. She hopes you enjoy the magic of the show!

Kylie Lee (Tot/ Featured Singer) Kylie, a 6th grader, is in her second musical at the middle school. At school, Kylie is involved in orchestra, chorus, Drama Club, Chess Club, PRIDE Partners and GOLD Club. She would like to thank her Mom, Dad, Ka’rryn and Sir. Jameson Fisher (Tough Kid) Jameson is a 7th grader at the middle school. Last year, he was The Grinch in Seussical Jr. He is a member of the orchestra, band and chorus. Outside of the arts, Jameson is an avid hockey player with South Pittsburgh Rebellion and Bishop Canevin MS Hockey. In the summers, he attends Summer’s Best 2 Weeks as a Galatians Captain with Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Jameson would like to thank his parents, his brother, the musical staff and his friends!

Heath Mitrik (Tough Kid) Heath is in 6th grade. He plays percussion in the band. Heath swims for Woodland Hills Aquatic Team and is both E-Sports and Chess Club. Heath would like to thank his family for their support, the staff, the crew and his castmates for making the musical a fun and successful experience.

Patrick Bennett (Tough Kid) Mariah Vasy (Apple Tree/Featured Dancer) Kaley Lengyel (Apple Tree/Ensemble) Kaley is an 8th grader in her second musical. In school, Kaley plays softball, plays in the band, and is a member of the Drama Club. Kaley would like to thank her mom for always pushing her to step out of her comfort zone (like auditioning for the musical!)

Abby Novotni (Apple Tree/Featured Dancer) Abby is an 8th grade student at WMMS. Abby plays soccer, runs track and is a member of the Job Holders Club and Drama Club. Abby would like to thank her friends and her family.

Aubrey Urban (Crow/Winkie Leader) Aubrey is an 8th grade student in her third WMMS Musical. Aubrey dances at Rocket Dance Studio. In school, she is a member of PRIDE Partners, Drama Club, and Student Activities. Aubrey would like to thank her friends and family, but especially her mom, dad, and sister, Ashley.

Olivia Anselmo (Crow/Featured Dancer) Olivia is a 7th grader at West Mifflin Middle School.

She is actively involved in Soccer, Swimming, the Job Holders Club, Student Council and Drama Club. Olivia loves to dance around her living room for fun, so she’s a natural on stage! “I’d like to thank my family for supporting me in everything. I’d also like to thank my mom, and my Aunt Amy for taking me to and from rehearsals!”

Josephine Gentile (Crow/Ensemble) Josephine is in her first musical! She plays the cello in the orchestra and is involved in Chorus, Drama Club, Art Club, gymnastics class and soccer. She’d like to thank her mom & dad, Mrs. Ruffing, Mrs. Sanders and Mr. Kesser!

Madison Martina (Oz Doorman/Featured Dancer) Maddie is an 8th grade student at WMMS. Outside of school, Maddie takes gymnastics at Gemini Gymnastics and also dances. Inside of school, Maddie plays in the orchestra and is a member of Student Council, Job Holders Club, Drama Club and the Broadcasting Club. Maddie would like to thank her family and friends!

Ali Egnaczyk (Nikko/Featured Dancer) Ali is an 8th grader. Since her last performance in Seussical, Ali has kept busy as a member of the Drama Club, Student Council and Broadcasting Club. Ali would like to thank her whole family and all her friends who come and support her!

STUDENT BIOS Mackenzie Rush (Featured Dancer) Mackenzie is an 8th grade student at WMMS. She plays softball, basketball, and runs cross country for the middle school. Outside of school, Mackenzie dances with High Energy Dance Academy. She would like to thank Miss Val and her family for their support.

Delilah Iera (Featured Dancer) Delilah is an 8th grader in her first musical at the middle school.

She is a member of the chorus, Drama Club, Stage Crew, Save Promise Club, Green Team, and Yearbook Club. Delilah would like to thank her older sister, Bella.

Teagan Moore (Featured Singer) Caitlyn Thornton (Featured Singer) Caitlyn is a 7th grade student in her first musical. Caitlyn sings in the chorus and plays soccer for WMMS. She’d like to thank her family and friends that she’s made while in musical.

Aubrie Andzelik (Ensemble) Aubrie is an 8th grade student at the middle school. She is involved in Chorus, Save Promise, Drama Club, and Titan Broadcasting each morning. She’d like to thank her family because “they are always there for me”.

Ava Barron (Ensemble) Ava is a 6th grade student in her second musical at the middle school.

In school, Ava is in chorus, Drama Club and the Save Promise Club. She also plays soccer. Ava would like to thank her Aunt Kiki for inspiring her and her mom and dad for supporting her.

Violet Clark (Ensemble) Violet is in 6th grade. Outside of school, she takes tap, ballet and jazz at Steel City Dance Academy. She is a member of the Drama Club and Save Promise Club at school. Violet would like to thank her family and friends for their support.

Peighton Green (Ensemble) Peighton is an 8th grader in her first musical! In school, Peighton is in Save Promise, Drama Club, Yearbook Club and Chorus. She’d like to thank her mom, dad, and sisters “because they always support me!”

Madison Horvalt (Ensemble) Madison is a 6th grader at the middle school. Madison plays in the band, is a member of the Baking Club, the Art Club, and Save Promise. She’d like to thank her Mom, Pappy, Mimi, Kasay and Chuck.

Kaylie Kozak (Ensemble) Calle Moyta (Ensemble) Calle is an 8th grade student in her first musical. She is a member of the softball team, Baking Club, and Yearbook Club. She’d like to thank her mom, dad, and brother Gannon for always being there for her!

4th and 5th Grade Cast Bios Vivan Andzelik – Vivan is a 4th grade student at WMMS involved in the chorus and the Kindness Club. Outside of school, Vivian plays softball, soccer, and dances tap, ballet, and jazz at South Hills Dance Academy. Vivian would like to thank her mom and dad for always supporting her and getting her to all of her activities.

Jayden Beck - Jayden is in 4th grade. He is a singer in the chorus at school. He also plays football outside of school.

Isabella Borowski - Isabella is a 4th grader. She is involved in chorus at school. She plays softball, too. Isabella would like to thank her family for their support.

Riley Briston – Riley is a 4th grade student. She is a member of the chorus and the Kindness Club. She’d like to thank her mom, dad, grandma, papa and her brothers.

STUDENT BIOS Zoey Bryan – Zoey is in 4th grade at the middle school. She participates in Iron City Circus Arts, Rain Athletics Elite Cheerleading, chorus and Kindness Club. “Thanks to my family and friends for the support” - ZB Zoe Dillon – Zoe is in the 4th grade. At school she is involved with Kindness Club, Chorus and Orchestra. Outside of school, she plays softball and rides horses. She would like to thank her mom, dad, brother and her friends.

Paige Gori – Paige is a 4th grade student in her first musical. Paige is a member of the chorus.

She also plays softball. Paige would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers.

Royal Jones – Royal is a 4th grade student. She is also a member of the orchestra, chorus, and Kindness Club. Royal says: “I would like to thank my family and friends for supporting me in everything that I do.”

Elizabeth Killmeyer – Elizabeth is a 4th grade student involved in chorus at the middle school.

She plays softball, basketball and runs track. Elizabeth also dances at ABC Dance Studio. She’d like to thank her family for their support.

Oliver T. Levis – Oliver is a 4th grade student in his first show. Oliver is a member of the chorus, orchestra and Kindness Club. He also is learning Japanese! Oliver would like to thank his parents, family, friends, Miss Val and Ranger Max. Kiera Nohe – Kiera is a 4th grader at WMMS. Kiera is a member of the chorus and the Kindness Club. Kiera has a special message: “Thank you to my family! I love you!”

Zion Palko - is a 5th grade student at the middle school. He is in band and chorus. He’d like to thank his family for supporting him in the musical!

Kylie Piel – Kylie is a 4th grader at the middle school. She is in the orchestra, chorus and Kindness Club. Kylie has danced at ABC Dance Studio for 6 years and plays softball. She’d like to thank her family.

Gabriel Simm – Gabe is a 5th grade cyber student excited to be in his first musical!

Gabe participates in Hapkido, Boy Scouts, Soccer, orchestra and is a percussionist. “I would like to thank Mrs. Sanders, Mrs. Ruffing, Mom, Dad, and my family for supporting me in my first ever musical!”

Kendall Stillwagon - Kendall is a 4th grader in her first musical. In school, Kendall is in the orchestra and chorus. She likes to play hockey and soccer, too. Kendall would like to thank her mom and dad.

Ashley Urban - Ashley is a 5th grade student at WMMS. At school, she plays trumpet in the band and sings in the chorus. Outside of school, Ashley takes dance classes, including, hiphop, ballet and jazz. “I would like to thank my mom, dad and my loving big sister, Aubrey.

Olivia Wine - Olivia is a 5th grade student at the middle school. In school, Olivia is in Kindness Club, chorus and plays her trumpet in the band. Outside of school, Olivia dances at South Hills Dance Academy. Olivia would like to thank her mom for always supporting her in all her activities!
