The West Lafayette Parks Department is able to offer a variety of classes and programs throughout the year and community interest helps us determine which programs to offer. Cancellation policies are in place to ensure all participants know what to expect when signing up for programs.

Program Cancellation Policy

If classes are cancelled by the West Lafayette Parks and Recreation Department, we will refund all fees If you cancel your registration at least five business days before the start of the class, you may receive a refund, less a $10 00 processing fee Since decisions to offer classes are enrollment-dependent, refunds will not be granted for cancellations less than five business days from class start date Account credits are issued for refunds

Camp Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations to camp registrations must be completed by the date listed on the registration forms Camp weeks may not be dropped or transferred after the date listed, and you will be financially responsible for any remaining weeks No refunds or credits will be given for the registration fee

After the deadline, no registrations may be transferred or refunded. Make requests in writing to aconner@westlafayette.in.gov.
