Serve at Nature Camp

Do you have a passion for service and a drive to learn?

A variety of local AmeriCorps positions are now open—including the Camp Naturalist Fellow!

The Camp Naturalist Fellow plays an essential role in delivering environmental education at our nature camp at Celery Bog. Fellows help campers explore, learn, and grow through hands-on outdoor experiences that spark curiosity.

If you or someone you know loves the outdoors and giving back, encourage them to apply today!

Our AmeriCorps members are making a powerful impact in the community. They’ve helped remove invasive species from local parks while working alongside the Lilly Nature Center Naturalist, and have played a key role in revitalizing the community garden at Cumberland Park.

Key Project: This spring, our AmeriCorps members assisted with sap collection for the new Sugar Shack outside the Lilly Nature Center, supporting the maple syrup-making process. Samples will be available to the public at the West Lafayette Farmers Market.
