• Entry is only open to Australian residents, Visa Holders and Students who are 18 years of age and over.
HOW TO ENTER
• Entrants must fill out the required information on an online form which will be available online via WEST HQ website (westhq.com.au/events/oysters) or via WEST HQ Facebook and Instgram Pages and via the form on our Facebook Ad.
• Required information includes: First Name, Last Name, email, and mobile number.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Participants may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per person will be considered valid for the purpose of the draw/prize allocation. Duplicate entries will not increase the chances of winning and will be treated as a single entry.

• The Winner will be contacted via phone or email by EOD 26 August 2025
• The winner will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize.
• After the 48 hours, if the winner has not made contact, all entrants will be placed back into the virtual draw and drawn again.
• The second chance winner will be notified by the 28 August 2025
• This process will continue until a winner acknowledges the prize.

• All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
• The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
o West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
o Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
o Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ.
o Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
o Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse, child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
• All details of the entrants (including personal information) will be collected, used, preserved and disclosed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the West HQ Privacy policy.

• The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
• Novotel stays are subject to availability and in line with Novotel’s standard Terms and Conditions. Winner is responsible for making the booking within (X months) of prize notification
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); disappointment or other negative experiences related to the prize or participation; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.

• If, for any reason, this competition is unable to run as stated above, the Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
• The Promoter's decisions regarding any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter's reasonable control), subject to compliance with Fair-Trading Guidelines.
