Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card. Members must be present on the premises to participate.
The following persons (and their immediate families) are NOT eligible:
• West HQ Directors, employees, or auditors
• Officers, executives, or staff of suppliers or contractors to the club who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion
• Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ and who are employed by any contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ

Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-facto spouse, child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step-sibling, grandparent, or grandchild.
How to Enter
1. Members must attend the WYMAC terminal and press the Promotion button. Ticket allocations are based on membership tier (table below). Tickets are entered into the virtual barrel automatically and remain active unless drawn.

DRAW PROCEDURE
The promotion commences at 6:00pm when the WYMAC system opens for member entries.
For each draw:
1. The promotional compere will announce that entries are closing one minute before the draw time. Any entries during or after the draw will be added to the next draw.
2. The promotional compere will draw ONE (1) entry from the virtual barrel at the scheduled draw time.
3. The winner will be announced over the Public Address System.
4. The winner has FOUR (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotional compere.
5. If the member does not present themselves within 4 minutes, a redraw will take place, and the process repeats until a member presents themselves.
6. If the member presents themselves within 4 minutes, they will receive their prize (cash or choice of Apple product as per the draw schedule).
7. Winners must sign acknowledgment of prize receipt. Refusal to sign will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw.
Member's Choice Draws (10:00pm & 11:00pm): Winners must select either an Apple iPhone 17 (256GB) OR Apple MacBook Air (13-inch, M4). There is no substitute for this prize unless the product becomes unavailable, in which case a substitute of equal or greater value will be offered

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.

4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member's card, tampering with the entry system, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.

13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business
17. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any alterations will be made to run the promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter's decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
20. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
21. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions
1. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
2. Subject to the law, no cash will be given out after 10pm.
3. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compare and staff the promotion.
4. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
5. It is the patron's responsibility to:
a. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they hear the announcing of winners
b. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they can physically present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes should their ticket be drawn.
c. Present their West HQ Loyal card to claim their prize.
6. On evenings when there is a regular promotion running in parallel - the Bonanza draw will take precedence, and the regular promotion draw will take place immediately after concluding the Bonanza draw process.
Specific Apple Product Terms:
1. Apple products will be supplied sealed in original manufacturer packaging, unopened, as purchased from JB Hi-Fi.
2. Apple products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty (1 year from date of prize collection).
3. Winners will receive proof of purchase from JB Hi-Fi. Any manufacturing defects, warranty claims, or product issues should be directed to Apple or JB Hi-Fi using the proof of purchase provided.
4. West HQ will reasonably assist winners with warranty claims where required, including providing documentation and proof of purchase.

5. Winners acknowledge that West HQ's responsibility for the prize ends upon successful handover of the sealed product. Winners are responsible for the care, safe transport, and maintenance of their prize after collection from West HQ.
6. Winners are responsible for any damage to the product caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence after collection.
