Promotion Periods Promotion will run from Monday 1 June 2026, 9am, until Monday 15 June 2026, 11.59pm. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 16 June 2026.

Prize Details
1. To enter the draw, participants must complete the ONE55 Customer Survey.
2. The survey must be submitted between 9:00am on Monday 1 June 2026 and 11:59pm on Monday 15 June 2026.
3. Entrants must be the primary contact on a current, financially active ONE55 membership account at the time of entry.
4. Every eligible ONE55 member who completes and submits the survey during the entry period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
5. Each member is limited to one (1) entry only.
6. The winner will be randomly selected using an online random name generator from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Tuesday 16 June 2026
7. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm acceptance within 5 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn using the same process.
8. One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.

The prize is a $250 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
Prize Pool There is one (1) prize to be won valued at $250.
General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. West HQ Fitness Customer Engagement and Events Manager will manage the promotion
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
Permit Number
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. A record of the winner will be kept.
6. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
7. Only current, active members of ONE55 Health and Fitness are eligible to enter the prize draw.
8. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
9. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
10. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
11. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
13. These terms and conditions (including operating hours) may be varied by the company, at its discretion, which will notify the holder of any changes
14. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
15. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
