Who May Enter:
The promotion is restricted to current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years and are enrolled in the West HQ loyalty program. For the June 2025 draws, members must have reached a designated Points category during the May 2025 collection period.

How the Promotion Works
PHASE 1: MAY POINTS COLLECTION
1. Eligible members must earn points from one or more of these participating outlets at West HQ during May 2025 by ensuring that their card is swiped by a West HQ employee:
a. Steak & Oyster Co, Pizzaperta, Corner Café, Gelatissimo, Harriet's Chicken, New Town Thai, Chu Restaurant by China Doll
b. Eat St Bar
c. Southern Terrace café
d. Main Bar
e. SGAC Café and merchandise purchase
f. One55 Café and merchandise purchase
g. Coliseum Theatre
h. Novotel and 33 Grill
i. Gaming, Reception, Bingo and Poker Purchases
2. The number of status points earned during the promotion period will determine whether the eligible member qualifies for a gift card (1 per member) and entry to the draws in June.
3. Members will only qualify based on points earned during May 2025 on the basis outlined above.
4. Mammoth Rewards (gift cards) and the associated entry tickets to the June draws will be awarded as per below:
5. A member will only be eligible for ONE (1) points category which will then make them eligible for 1 gift card and associated entry tickets.

6. On Sunday 1st June, at 10am, a list will be pulled from the membership database (IGT) to determine which members have qualified for a points category and entries into the June draws.
7. Members who have reached a points category will be contacted to collect a Mammoth Reward (gift card).
Notes:
• Members may check the status of their points during May with the Gaming staff at any time.
PHASE 2: JUNE REWARDS & DRAWS
1. An eligible member who has reached a points category during May will receive entry ticket(s) into the Mammoth Rewards draws.
2. Eligible members can receive their allocated number of entry ticket(s) by swiping their West HQ Loyal card once between 6pm-9:39pm at the WYMAC terminals located in West HQ each draw night.
3. The members will then automatically be entered into the virtual draw for that draw date per the necessary number of times as per their entry ticket(s) allocation.
a. Please note: each eligible member will receive the same number of entry tickets every week.
b. All tickets will remain active unless randomly selected in the virtual draw.
Draw Process for Each Thursday:
Draw 1 (7:00pm)
1. The promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the virtual draw barrel.
2. The promotional compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
3. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere.
4. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, the compere will do a re-draw.
5. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $500 Cash Prize.

Draw 2 (7:20pm)
• The Promotional compere will repeat the above process.
Draw 3 (7:40pm)
• The Promotional compere will repeat the above process.
• This pattern will continue every 20 minutes until 9:40pm.
Final Draw (9:40pm)
• The compere will repeat steps as above.
• If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, the compere will continue to do a re-draw until a winner is found.
• The final winner of the draw will win the $1,000 Cash Prize.
Note:
• The gift card a member is eligible for will be available for collection from the West HQ Box office located next to western foyer reception each draw night between 610pm.
• Only one (1) gift card per member dependent on points category.
• Any outstanding gift cards not collected in June can be collected from the Gaming Cashier desk between 1st July and 31st August.

General Terms and Conditions
Members who reach a points category is eligible (guaranteed reward based on points earned in May)
1. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
3. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compare and staff the 'Mammoth Rewards' promotion.
4. Mammoth Rewards is an additional reward to the West HQ Loyalty System during the promotional period. Member(s) must be opted in to the Loyalty system to be eligible.
5. Points are earned by purchases and gaming within West HQ. The member must present their membership card at all times to gain points.
6. Points will not be earned by Pay by Points.

7. West HQ reserves the right to verify all points; points that have been transferred to another member's membership will not be included.
8. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
9. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
10. West HQ reserves the right to: a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
12. A record of all Winners will be kept.
13. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
14. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
15. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
16. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
17. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business.
18. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
19. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
20. The Promoter's decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
22. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize on the same day. The winner must retrieve their prize money the following business day during standard operating hours.

23. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The promoter practices the responsible service of gaming.
25. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
26. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize. If a winner cannot present themselves within the specified 4-minute timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and no substitute will be offered.
27. An eligible member must swipe (ONLY) their OWN West HQ Loyal card at the member's promotional terminal. Use of another member's card is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
