How to enter/Play
Draw location
1. To enter the draw, participants must complete the SGAC Learn to Swim feedback survey.
2. The survey must be submitted between 9:00am on Friday, 22 August 2025 and 11:59pm on Friday, 5 September 2025.
3. Contact details submitted in the survey must belong to the primary contact of the current financial member, to ensure we can recognise you as a valid member and confirm your eligibility for the prize draw.
4. Every SGAC Learn to Swim member who completes and submits the survey during the entry period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
5. Each member is permitted only one entry into the draw.
6. The winner will be randomly selected using an online name generator from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Monday, 8 September 2025 at SGAC.
7. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm acceptance within 5 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected in the same manner.
8. One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.

Prize Details The prize is a $250 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
Prize Pool
General Terms and Conditions
There is one (1) prize to be won valued at $250.
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. West HQ Customer Engagement and Events Manager will manage the promotion
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. A record of the winner will be kept.
6. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
7. Only current, active members of the SGAC Learn to Swim program are eligible to enter the prize draw.
8. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
9. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
10. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
11. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any FairTrading guidelines.
13. These terms and conditions (including operating hours) may be varied by the company, at its discretion, which will notify the holder of any changes.
14. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
15. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
