Only the items available in the Points Burn stock list are eligible for purchase.

Only West HQ Loyal reward points can be used to purchase items in the Points Burn Shop.

Points cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to another person, or for any other object, cash amount, or value.

When purchasing an item, the member will receive a 50% discount as outlined in the West HQ Loyal Program. See website for details westhq.com.au.

West HQ does not accept responsibility if a purchased item is stolen or lost on West HQ premises after the purchase is made.
•
It is the sole responsibility of the member to transport their purchased item(s) safely from the Point-of-Sale location to offsite West HQ premises or to their vehicle.
