CLASS DESCRIPTION RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you get to control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your Instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with each other to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!.

PUMP

PUMP is a barbell, strength-based workout for anyone wanting to get lean, strong and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, PUMP gives you a total body workout. Your Instructor will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than working out on your own.

SPRINT

SPRINT is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

GRIT

GRIT is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, faster.

COMBAT

COMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout, where you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Your Instructor will challenge you to build up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. Variations in the moves help everyone to work at their own level. COMBAT works your entire body and provides phenomenal core training. You’ll destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, and feel empowered. You’ll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champion!

STEP

STEP is a full-body cardio workout that will really tone your butt and thighs. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of a STEP class. You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, fullbody workout! Don’t worry, there are lots of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

ATTACK

ATTACK is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. This workout combines athletic movements such as running, lunging and jumping, with strength exercises like push-ups and squats. Your Instructor will pump out energising music and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, helping you to burn loads of calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement. You’ll build stamina, and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility. Get quicker off the mark in everything you do!

BALANCE

BALANCE is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life – and is ideal for anyone and everyone. During a BALANCE class, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and your Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility, and increase core strength, while you reduce stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm, and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.

CORE

CORE is a science-based workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. Based on athletic training principles, a CORE workout is designed to make you stronger and assist with balance and injury prevention. You’ll build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, and by working on your body’s foundation, become better at everything you do! All of the moves in CORE have variations, so it’s challenging but achievable for everyone. You’ll work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises such as crunches and hovers. You’ll also experience hip, butt and lower back exercises during a CORE class.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA is the ultimate combination of music and dance. While you’ll be too busy dancing your butt off, it’s good to know that you’ll be getting a killer workout and burning calories while you’re at it. Whether you’ve got two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyonce’s back-up dancer, we’ve got you! ZUMBA is a fun, loving, insanely addictive dance workout – no dance experience required! All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile – and even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

YOGA

YOGA is a mind and body practice. Various styles of YOGA combine not only physical poses, but include a wide range of contemplative and selfdisciplinary practices, such as meditation, mantra, prayer, breath work and ritual. YOGA involves movement, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation to promote mental and physical well-being, and improve your strength, balance and flexibility.

FUNCTIONAL FIT

FUNCTIONAL FIT is a functional circuit inspired class that will challenge you and take your fitness to a new level. You will become stronger in both body and mind! By keeping things simple but intense and challenging, your Instructor will guide you to your ultimate fitness, using a variety of strength equipment and bodyweight exercises. Get ready to be challenged and walk out feel strong from the inside and out!
