• Entrants must fill out the required information on an online form which will be available online via WEST HQ website (westhq.com.au/events/mothers-day) or via WEST HQ Facebook Page, Facebook Ad and Instagram Bio.
• Required information includes: First Name, Last Name, email, and mobile number.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• The winner will be selected by random virtual barrel draw on the 14th of May 2025
• The Winner will be contacted via phone or email by EOD 14th May 2025.
• The winner will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize.

• After the 48 hours, if the winner has not made contact, all entrants will be placed back into the virtual draw and drawn again.
• The second chance winner will be notified by the 17th of May.
• This process will continue until a winner acknowledges the prize.

• All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
• The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
o West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
o Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
o Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ.
o Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
o Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse, child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
• All details of the entrants (including personal information) will be collected, used, preserved and disclosed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the West HQ Privacy policy.

• West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions.
• Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
• West HQ reserves the right to:
o Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
o Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
o Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If, for any reason, this competition is unable to run as stated above, the Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
• The Promoter's decisions regarding any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
