To receive your $20 dining voucher, customers must join or renew their WEST HQ membership during the promotional period. The voucher will be issued as a physical card once the membership 'sign up or renewal’ transaction is completed at any WEST HQ, SGAC, or ONE55 locations. One voucher will be issued per membership transaction, and it is non-transferable, valid only for the named membership holder.

5. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the named membership holder. Proof of identity may be required at the time of redemption.

Voucher Validity & Redemption
1. The expiry date will be clearly printed on the Voucher in DD / MONTH / YYYY format. All Vouchers expire on 31st July 2025, regardless of issue date.
2. The Voucher must be presented in its original form at the time of ordering.
3. To redeem, customers must show a valid WEST HQ membership card along with the Voucher. Staff will verify membership validity.
4. Vouchers can be redeemed 7 days a week, including public holidays, during normal operating hours of participating venues.
5. Voucher must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple visits or outlets.
6. The Voucher is for one-time use only. Only one Voucher can be used per table/transaction.
7. The voucher is in its original form (not photocopied or tampered with).
Value & Spending
1. Vouchers are valid for use on food and non-alcoholic beverages only at participating West HQ outlets.
2. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with member points or any current discounts.
3. If the total bill exceeds $20, the member is responsible for paying the difference.
4. Any unused portion of the Voucher will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Exclusions & Limitations
1. Participating outlets reserve the right to limit the number of Vouchers redeemed per day.
2. In the event that a participating venue closes or changes ownership during the voucher validity period, WEST HQ reserves the right to remove that venue from the list of participating outlets without compensation.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, change, takeaway, delivery, or through third-party services. No refunds,

replacements, or compensation will be provided for unused, lost, stolen, expired, or partially used Vouchers.
Additional Information
1. The Voucher must be treated like cash. WEST HQ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers, and no replacements will be issued.
2. Management (refers to WEST HQ Management) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. The decisions of WEST HQ Management regarding all matters relating to the Voucher are final.
4. By using the Voucher, customers accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ, possess a valid West HQ Loyal Card, and are opted into the West HQ Loyal programme.
3. Ineligible Persons:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors
b. Officers, executives or staff of suppliers or contractors directly involved with the promotion
c. Persons whose usual workplace is within premises owned or leased by West HQ
d. Employees of suppliers or contractors who are on West HQ premises in that capacity
e. Immediate family of the above (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former defactor spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild)
4. West HQ staff will run and administer the promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of vouchers (including identity and age verification)

b. Reject any voucher that is illegible, tampered with, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
c. Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith
8. Entry into the promotion (use of the voucher) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all awards will be kept.
10. These Terms and Conditions prevail over any inconsistent information in other promotional materials.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to use selected entrants' names, suburbs, photographs, images, and likenesses for promotional purposes.
12. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to NSW Fair Trading, and winners' names will be published as required under relevant lottery legislation.
13. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue under Office of Liquor & Gaming provisions or who are otherwise excluded.
14. Subject to law, the Promoter has no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from this Competition, except where liability arises from West HQ's acts or omissions in supplying services/goods to prize winners.
15. If the competition cannot run as stated, the Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions to run it in the fairest way possible with minimal disruption.
16. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a suitable alternative of equal value.
17. The Promoter's decisions are binding and final.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time, subject to Fair-Trading Guidelines.
19. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from this and future promotions.
20. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
