In these Conditions of Entry, unless stated otherwise: • "Consolation Prize" means the consolation prize awarded at the Grand Finale 1 or Grand Finale 2 as specified under the Game Details below. • "Financial Member" means a person whose membership application has been approved by the Board of West HQ and who has paid all applicable membership fees. • "Provisional Member" means a person who has applied for membership of West HQ, has paid the applicable membership fee, and whose membership application remains subject to approval by the Board of West HQ. • "West HQ Loyal" means the membership rewards and loyalty program operated by West HQ. • "entrant" means an eligible person who enters this Promotion. • "Friday and Saturday Draws" or "Friday and Saturday Key Draws" are those draws on Friday and Saturdays referred to below. • "Game" means a contingency game for a chance to win the Major Prize. • "Major Prize" means the major prize drawn at The Grand Finale 1 and Grand Finale 2 as specified under Game Details below. • "Opportunity" means the opportunity awarded to a Participant to participate in a Game under these Conditions of Entry. • "Participant" means an entrant to win an Opportunity and is eligible to participate in the Game, e.g. a Key Draw winner or Hourly Draw winner who is eligible to participate in a Game under these Conditions of Entry. • • •

e) There will be three (3) Key draws conducted for the entries received each Friday and/or Saturday of the applicable Promotional Period, with a total of Twenty-Four (24) draws in October and TwentyFour (24) in November. Total of Forty-Eight (48) Draws in total, (using computerised random selection). Each Friday and Saturday Key Draws will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 at 9:00pm, 10pm and 11pm (local time) after entries close for that Friday and/or Saturday Draw, with the first Friday Key Draw taking place on 09/10/26 and the last Saturday Key Draw taking place on 28/11/26. f) There will be Five (5) $500 Gift Card draws conducted for the entries received each Friday and Saturday of the applicable Promotional Period, with a total of Forty (40) draws in October and Forty (40) in November. Total of Eighty (80) Draws in total, (using computerised random selection), being Friday and Saturday Draws. g) Entries in each Friday and Saturday Draw will NOT be entered into any other draws including any subsequent Friday and/or Saturday Draw/s. That is, an entry received on any day will not roll over to another day. h) From October 9 to November 28 all successful Key winners are Participants in the 9pm, 10pm and 11pm Friday and/or Saturday draws and will win the opportunity to play a contingency Game for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) on The Grand Finale 1 (1 November) and The Grand Finale 2 (29 November). i) The entrant must be present at the draw in order to be eligible for the prize. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the member must complete the following steps during the applicable Promotional Period: a)
be a current Financial Member or Provisional Member of West HQ and be registered in the West HQ Loyal program; b) swipe their West HQ Loyal card at the promotional terminals between 10:00am Thursday 1 October and 04:00am Friday 9 October and for every week following between 10:00am Sunday and 04:00am Friday during the Promotional Period specified above. c) For every $25 spent on food and beverage or merchandise items in a single transaction at a Participating Venue, members will receive one (1) virtual entry, provided their West HQ Loyal membership card is swiped at the time of purchase. For clarity, entries earned via food and beverage spend are only eligible for the Grand Finale draws. Entries will be automatically recorded upon completion of the above steps. Members must activate their entries into the Grand Finale draws by swiping at the promotional kiosk at the times and dates specified below. d) Grand Finale 1: Members must swipe between 01:00pm and 07:59pm on Sunday 1 November to activate entries. e) Grand Finale 2: Members must swipe between 01:00pm and 07:59pm on Sunday 29 November to activate entries. Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: a) maximum of one (1) swipe per person is permitted per day. b) Entries will automatically be tiered depending on the members tier on the date they swipe at the promotional terminals. Winner Notification: Entry Method B winners are required to be present at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prize. The winners will be announced following the draw and will be asked to come forward to verify themselves to promotional staff. If a winner is not able to make themselves known within four (4) minutes of being announced, the promotional staff will move on to the next reserve winner and so on (until a winner is determined). Unclaimed Prizes: In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept a Prize or if the winner is determined to not be an eligible entrant, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and a re-draw will take place.

Key (Participant) Hourly Draws: f) A total of five (5) hourly draws will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 from 03:00 pm AEDT until 8:00 pm AEDT on 1/11/26 and six (6) hourly draws will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 from 03:00 pm AEDT until 8:00 pm AEDT on 29/11/26 (using computerised random selection). g) The first valid entry drawn in each Hourly Draw will be a Participant, and win the opportunity to play a contingency Game for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) . h) The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn and/or if the entrant is not present at the draw. i) The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. j) A total of five (5) hourly draws of $1,000 Visa Gift Cards will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 from 03:30 pm AEDT until 7:30 pm AEDT on 1/11/26 and 29/11/26 (using computerised random selection). An Participant may win only one (1) Opportunity to participate in a contingency game for the chance to win a Major Prize under this Promotion. If a Participant is drawn more than once for an Opportunity to participate in a contingency game, only the first valid opportunity drawn for that individual will be awarded to them. Any later opportunity drawn for that same entrant will be forfeited and awarded to the first available reserve entrant drawn for the relevant draw, subject to verification,. • The Game will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, Rooty Hill NSW 2766 at 08:15 pm AEDT on 01/11/26 and 29/11/26. The Participant will be responsible for transport to and from the Game. • If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. • The Participant or proxy (where appropriate, as outlined above) will be referred to as the ‘Attendee’ for the purpose of these Conditions of Entry. • The Attendee must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter in relation to their participation in the Game. • There will be thirty (30) numbered doors on display at the start of the Game, each numbered one (1) through to thirty (30). • Attendees will select one (1) number each, in the order in which they were drawn as winners to participate in the Game, i.e. the first drawn Attendee will select first, the second-drawn will select second, and so on until all keys are selected. The Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final. • Each selected number corresponds to one (1) of the thirty (30) lock on the prize door. After selecting their numbered door, the Attendee will use it to attempt to open the prize door. Only one (1) door will successfully open the prize door and win the Major Prize. Car Prize Conditions: ● Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. ● The winner must collect the prize from West HQ LIMITED, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW 2766, Australia. ● If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion. Gift Card Conditions: • Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the gift card. $107,980 Entry Method A and B winners are required to be present at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prize. The Promoter may draw reserve entrants at the time of any draw. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with the winner) or if the winner is determined to not be an eligible entrant, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and the first selected reserve entrant drawn from the original draw will be deemed to be the winner of the relevant prize (“Unclaimed Prize Winner”). If necessary, this process will continue through the reserve entrants in the order drawn until a valid winner is determined. If,
after the reserve entrant process has been exhausted, a prize remains unawarded, the Promoter may deal with that prize in accordance with applicable law. If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found this information will be published at https://westhq.com.au. 1.
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule or in the terms and conditions below, unless stated otherwise. 2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Where applicable, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. 3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. 4. West HQ Employees, Directors or auditors (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 5. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. 6. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize. 7. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion. 8. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcohol beverage if it would breach any laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol. Entry and continued participation in this Promotion is subject to the Participating Venue's liquor serving policy. 9. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date. 10. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter. 11. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. 12. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. 13. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner. 14. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to run this Promotion and may disclose entrants' personal information to its related

entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://westhq.com.au/privacy-policy-2/) includes information about: (a) how an entrant can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint. 15. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize. 17. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize. 18. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise. 19. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 20. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. 21. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. 22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final. 23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 24. The winner(s) will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and

acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them. 25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize. 26. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. 27. The Promoter is West HQ Limited ABN 54 000 842 375 and it is the benefiting organisation. 28. This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW), the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW) and any other applicable laws. 29.
