LEARN TO SWIM WAITLIST POLICY
Each client can have a maximum of 3 active entries on the waitlist at any given time.
If a client attempts to add more than 3 entries, only the most recent 3 entries will be considered. Any older entries will be removed.
Once a spot becomes available, an email will be sent to the primary contact with an offer to take the class.
36 hours will be given from the time the email is sent for the client to respond. If no response is received within this timeframe, the client will be removed from the waitlist for that particular spot and no longer considered for that entry.
Clients will be able to rejoin the waitlist after this period if they wish, but they will not retain priority for the specific spot they missed.
If a client’s waitlist entry remains unfulfilled for 3 months from the date of entry, it will be removed.
Clients may re-enter the waitlist at any time, but new entries will be subject to the usual waitlist process.
When a spot becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be offered the spot via email.
If the client does not accept within the 36-hour window, the next client will be considered.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I get added to the waitlist for a Learn to Swim class?
Clients will be able to add themselves to a waitlist through our website and logging into their member portal. Clients can also see our customer service team or aquatics team to be added to a waitlist.
2. Can I have more than 3 entries on the waitlist at once?
No, each client is allowed a maximum of 3 active entries on the waitlist. If you try to add more than 3, only the most recent 3 entries will be kept, and any older entries will be removed.
3. How will I be notified when a spot becomes available?
When a spot opens up in a class, we will send an email notification to the next client on the waitlist. The email will include the details of the available spot and instructions on how to confirm your enrolment.
4. What happens if I don't respond to the email offering a spot?
You will have 36 hours to respond to the email offering the available spot. If you do not respond within that time, you will be removed from the waitlist for that specific spot. You may enter on the waitlist for other spots but will need to rejoin the list if you choose.
5. What if I miss the 36-hour window to confirm my spot?
If you miss the 36-hour response window, your offer will be withdrawn, and you will no longer be considered for that particular spot. You will need to remain on the waitlist and wait for the next available opportunity.
6. Will my waitlist entry expire?
Yes, all waitlist entries will be removed after 3 months if they remain unfulfilled. If your entry expires, you will need to re-enter the waitlist to continue your interest in securing a spot.

7. Can I re-enter the waitlist after my entry is removed?
Yes, if your entry is removed after 3 months or because you missed the response window, you can re-enter the waitlist at any time. Please note that you will need to follow the usual waitlist process and may not retain the same priority as before.
8. Can I change my preferred class or time while on the waitlist? Yes, if your availability or preferences change, you can contact us to update your waitlist entry. Please keep in mind that this may affect your position on the list depending on the current availability.
9. Is there a way to speed up my chances of getting off the waitlist? Unfortunately, spots are filled based on availability, and there are no ways to guarantee quicker placement. However, you will remain on the waitlist and be considered as soon as a spot opens up in your desired class.
