Winners will be drawn for the virtual barrel at 6pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the winner will be contacted shortly after

Eligibility
How to Enter
The member will be contacted via mobile phone and/or home phone and a voicemail will be left if the member does not answer the phone.
Members ONLY aged 18 years and above. Valid ID and/or membership card required.
Every $25 spent (in one transaction) receives one virtual entry ticket. (spend $75 and receive 3 Virtual tickets) The ticket(s) will go into the next available virtual barrel. The barrel will reset after each draw.
Prize Details
Five (5) winners will be drawn at the above-mentioned dates and times and will be contacted shortly after. Each winner receives:
• Double passes to Coliseum Theatre ‘Drum Tao’ Show
• There is a total of 15 prizes to be given away. (3 nights x 5 double passes per night)
• Estimate total prize value: $2,697
Prize Collection
• Winners must collect their tickets at the West HQ Western Foyer from Friday 24th April 6pm until Monday 27th 6:30pm.
• Failure to collect by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not valid with other offers.
General Terms & Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ and who are employed by any contractor, licensee, or lessee of West HQ.
d. Persons employed by any supplier or contractor of West HQ who, at or around the time of a draw or during the entry period, are on West HQ premises in that capacity.
e. For the purposes of this clause, “immediate family” includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-facto spouse, child, stepchild (natural or adopted), parent, stepparent, sibling, step-sibling, grandparent, and grandchild.
4. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount, or value, unless authorised by the Promoter.
5. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes beyond those stated in these Terms and Conditions.
6. West HQ reserves the right to:
f. Verify the validity of entries (including the Eligible Member’s identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the prize will be forfeited in full and no substitute will be offered.
g. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with, or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
h. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member’s card, tampering with the entry system, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
7. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. A record of all winners will be kept.
9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
10. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
11. Subject to legislation, West HQ is not authorised to issue cash after 10:00pm. Any prize drawn at or after 10:00pm cannot be collected that evening; the winner must retrieve their prize the following business day.
12. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to NSW Fair Trading, and winners’ names will be published as required under relevant lottery legislation.
13. This competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming, or who are otherwise excluded.
14. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss, or damage howsoever arising in connection with this competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ’s liability arises from an act or omission in respect of its supply of goods and/or services to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
15. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
16. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.

17. The Promoter’s decisions on any aspect of this competition are binding and final on all entrants.
18. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to circumvent them, may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant from this and future promotions.
19. Disqualification is at the Promoter’s sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion-Specific Terms & Conditions
20. Subject to law, no cash prizes will be issued after 10:00pm.
21. It is the patron’s responsibility to collect their prize at the West HQ Western Foyer by Monday 27 April, 6:30pm 2026. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
22. Winners will be contacted via mobile/home phone. If the winner does not have a mobile phone against their membership, they will be ineligible to receive the prize and a redraw will take place. This is due to the fast turnover of the promotion.
