Double Up Membership – 2026 West HQ Dining Voucher – Terms and Conditions Voucher Qualification The West HQ Dining Voucher is available exclusively to customers who join or renew their WEST HQ membership during the promotional period. Promotion Start Date: 1st July 2026, 10am 30th September 2026, 11:59pm Promotion End Date: 31st October 2026, 11:59pm Expiry Date of Vouchers: Customers who join or renew their WEST HQ membership during the promotional period will receive dining vouchers based on the membership type purchased: Standard Membership: • 1-Year Membership – $5.00 → Receives 1 × $10 West HQ Dining Voucher • 3-Year Membership – $10.00 → Receives 2 × $10 West HQ Dining Voucher (total value $20) LTMA, LTMF & RSL Members: • 1-Year Membership – $2.20 → Receives 1 × $10 West HQ Dining Voucher • 3-Year Membership – $6.60 → Receives 2 × $10 West HQ Dining Voucher (total value $20) West HQ Dining Vouchers are issued as physical vouchers once the membership transaction is completed at any WEST HQ, Customer Service desk location. Vouchers can only be obtained when joining or renewing your membership at WEST HQ. Vouchers are issued as physical vouchers and must be used on your next visit, not the day of joining. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the named membership holder. Proof of identity may be required at the time of redemption. Members must present their West HQ Membership card when redeeming any voucher.

Members must present their West HQ membership card at time of purchase when redeeming their voucher. 2. The expiry date will be clearly printed on the Voucher in DD / MONTH / YYYY format. All vouchers expire 31st October, 11:59pm. 3. The Voucher must be presented in its original form at the time of ordering. 4. Vouchers can be redeemed 7 days a week, including public holidays, during normal operating hours of participating venues. 5. New members who purchased a 3 year membership will receive 2 x $10 vouchers, these may be redeemed in one transaction. 6. The Voucher is for one-time use only. 7. The voucher must be in its original form (not photocopied or tampered with).
Value & Spending 1. Vouchers are valid for use on food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages at participating West HQ outlets. 2. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with member points.

Any unused portion of the Voucher will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Example: A coffee costs $6. If you use a $10 voucher, the full voucher is redeemed and the remaining $4 is forfeited. If your bill is $22 and you use 2 X $10 vouchers, you simply pay $2.
Exclusions & Limitations 1. In the event that a participating venue closes or changes ownership during the voucher validity period, WEST HQ reserves the right to remove that venue from the list of participating outlets without compensation. 2. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, change, takeaway, delivery, or through third-party services. No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided for unused, lost, stolen, expired, or partially used Vouchers. 3. Vouchers do not apply to any ONE55 or SGAC club offers, promotions, school holiday programs, workshops, classes, special events or online. 4. Vouchers cannot be used toward any paid programs, activities, or services offered by ONE55 or SGAC outside of standard dining outlets “Café”. Additional Information 1. Treat vouchers like cash. WEST HQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. 2. Management (refers to WEST HQ Management) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3. The decisions of WEST HQ Management regarding all matters relating to the Voucher are final. 4. By using the Voucher, customers accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. General Terms and Conditions 1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final. 2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ, possess a valid West HQ Loyal Card, and are opted into the West HQ Loyal program. 3. Ineligible Persons: a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors b. Officers, executives or staff of suppliers or contractors directly involved with the promotion

Employees of suppliers or contractors who are on West HQ premises in that capacity e. Immediate family of the above (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former defactor spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild) 4. West HQ reserves the right to: a. Verify the validity of vouchers (including identity and age verification) b. Reject any voucher that is illegible, tampered with, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions c. Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith 5. Entry into the promotion (use of the voucher) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 6. A record of all awards will be kept. 7. These Terms and Conditions prevail over any inconsistent information in other promotional materials. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to use selected entrants' names, suburbs, photographs, images, and likenesses for promotional purposes. 9. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to NSW Fair Trading, and winners' names will be published as required under relevant lottery legislation. 10. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from this and future promotions. 11. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
