General Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions:
• Valid for events booked up until 31 December 2025.
• Bookings must be made and deposit paid between 1–31 July 2025.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or loyalty programs.
• Membership number must be provided at the time of booking.
• No limit on Loyalty points earnt.
• AV costs are excluded.
• Points can be earned from restaurant or room hire, excluding 33Grill.
• Points are awarded after event payment and completion.
• Points cannot be redeemed for event hire.
• Points are non-transferable.
• All points expire on 31 December.
• Members are responsible for the safe keeping of their loyalty card and points.
• Membership application is subject to Board approval.
• Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 and over.
