Automatic entry to anyone who registers via the Cirque Alice Waitlist Form between 10am Monday 25 August – 11.59pm Thursday 4 September 2025
1. Register via the Cirque Alice Waitlist from housed on coliseumtheatre.com.au
2. Coliseum Theatre will draw a winner on Friday 5 September 9.15am
3. The winner will WIN 4 tickets to attend the Cirque Alice Sydney Premiere on Friday 26 December (evening) plus Dinner prior to the premiere at Chu Restaurant by China Doll at West HQ and 1 x nights accommodation including breakfast at the Novotel West HQ for up to 2 x adults and 2 x children.
4. The Winner will be announced in the Cirque Alice Early Bird access email that will be sent to all registered Waitlist contacts on Friday 5 September 10am.
5. If the winner is uncontactable directly within 24 hours the prize will be forfeited, and Coliseum Theatre will draw another winner.
6. This prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
7. Prize performance dates are non-transferrable

• Dinner for 4 prior to the Sydney Premiere at Chu by China Doll at West HQ to the value of $350.00
• 1 x nights accommodation on Friday 26 December for 2 adults and 2 children in a twin be room with breakfast included at Novotel West HQ valued at $303.00
• The voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be presented at the time of booking or check-in.
• The voucher must be redeemed on Friday 26th December 2025, no other dates accepted.
• The voucher entitles the holder to one night of accommodation in a Standard Twin room with breakfast for up to 2 Adults & 2 Children at Novotel Sydney West HQ.
• Bookings should be made by calling hotel reservations at 02 98323888 or emailing reservations@novotelwesthq.com.au and quoting the voucher code.
• No refund or replacement will be issued for unused vouchers.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative product or service.
• The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient or the person specified at the time of booking.
• The voucher is the responsibility of the holder. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
• By redeeming the voucher, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of Coliseum Theatre & Coliseum Theatre (and its representatives) are final.
2. Winner will be selected via a random number generator
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4.
Coliseum Theatre accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Coliseum Theatre reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. A record of all Winners will be kept.
7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a) Coliseum Theatre & West HQ Directors or auditors;
b) Coliseum Theatre & West HQ employees;
c) Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion;
d) Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by Coliseum Theatre who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees or lessees of Coliseum Theatre and;
e) Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of Coliseum Theatre who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the Coliseum Theatre premises in that capacity such as an employee.
f) Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Coliseum Theatre
10. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
11. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that Coliseum Theatre & West HQ liability (if any) arises from an
act or omission of Coliseum Theatre in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of Coliseum Theatre’s business.
13. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
14. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of Coliseum Theatre Management.
