Who may enter This promotion is open to current financial members of ONE55 only (not including Reformer members).
Offer details
1. Open to current ONE55 members excluding Reformer Pilates members.
2. Guests must be signed in at reception upon arrival.
3. Members must have an active ONE55 membership (non-Reformer) to participate and bring a guest for free.
4. Each member may bring one guest per day.
5. Guests can access all ONE55 facilities (excluding Reformer).
6. Guests must complete the ONE55 Pre-Exercise Questionnaire before participating in any session.
7. Guests must follow all ONE55 gym rules, safety instructions, and class etiquette.
8. ONE55 reserves the right to refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
10.Standard terms and conditions apply.
11.Guests who wish to join ONE55 after the promotional period are subject to standard membership costs.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
3. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in
respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
4. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
5. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
6. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant.
7. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
