How winners will be drawn and contacted
Any patron of West HQ who is over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion.
1. Patron must take a video on the 360° photobooth by placing their personal electric device on the phone holder.
2. Patron must share their 360° video on their personal Facebook and/or Instagram account and tag @sydneycoliseum
3. After recording their 360° video the patron must immediately supply their contact details to the compère including full name, valid email address, valid contact number, Facebook or Instagram account name, West HQ member number (if applicable) and option to ‘Join My Coliseum’ to complete competition entry.
1. West HQ Management will randomly draw two winners within 72 hours after the promotion period has ended.
2. The winners will be contacted within 48 hours after the winners have been drawn.
3. The winners’ tickets for Australian Idol Top 6 Performance on Saturday 16 March 2024 will be confirmed on the morning of the filming
4. Each winner will receive an email to confirm their attendance. Winners must confirm their attendance by 4pm on the day of filming. Nonconfirmation will result in seats being released

Each winner will receive a double pass VIP tickets to Australian Idol Top 6 Performance on Saturday 16 March 2024.
General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. ‘Tutti Frutti’ promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compère and staff the promotion.
3. This promotion is open to any patron of West HQ over 18 years of age.
4. West HQ and Tutti Frutti are not liable for any damage that may be caused to an entrant’s electronic device while using the 360° photobooth
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to any other person or for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. A record of all Winners will be kept.
9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
10. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
11. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
12. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
13. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
14. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
16. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
17. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
