General Terms and Conditions
1. The Reformer Pilates “10 Classes For $99” promotion is available to ONE55 members and non-members.
2. Only 1 (one) Reformer Pilates “10 Classes For $99” promotion per member/non-member.
3. The promotion offers 10 Reformer Pilates classes which need to be used within 21 days of purchase.
4. All 10 classes must be used within the specified validity period. Unused classes will expire and cannot be extended.
5. The first class must be booked within 7 days of purchase or issuance, unless otherwise stated.
6. The “10 Classes For $99” promotion is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
7. This offer is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
8. Bookings are essential via the Members Portal and subject to availability.
9. Cancellations must be done through the Members Portal at least 2 hours prior to class start time - late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being forfeited.
10. ONE55 reserves the right to refuse participation if the member is late or not deemed fit for the session.

1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
3. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
4. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
5. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances
outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
6. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant.
7. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
