Promotion Periods This promotion is only open to non-members of ONE55. During the promotion period, non-members may access ONE55 for $5 per person, per day, on Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm until close of business. Eligible visit dates are as follows:
• November 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th
• December 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th and 26th
Outside of these dates and times the non-member can still visit but will have to pay for a standard casual entry pass.
Who may enter Only non-members of ONE55 may enter this promotion. Age requirements in line with ONE55 policy.
Offer details
1. Eligible participants will need to arrive on the eligible dates no earlier than 5pm.
2. Eligible participants do not need to sign up to a membership during this period but must provide their full contact details as per the ONE55 sign-up process, including completion of the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ).
3. These details will be retained by ONE55.
4. Only the eligible participant who has signed up will be able to enter. Additional visitors must also provide their full contact details.
5. Eligible participants will have access to all facilities at ONE55 (excluding Reformer Pilates).

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
3. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this offer. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
4. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above ONE55 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
5. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
6. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any participant
7. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
