How to claim prizes
Summary of prize details / prize pool
• A West HQ staff member will use IGT to randomly select the winning members who will be allocated prizes to claim.
• In the Wymac system, there will be one promotion set up with 60 x $60 WHQ Gift Card as the prize (one per day)
• Each member will allocated a prize running from Day 1 to Day 60 in chronological order thereby winning members will be randomly allocated to ONE prize type in the Wymac.
• To claim their prize, a member must swipe their West HQ Loyal Card at a Wymac kiosk on the gaming floor. If a member has won a prize, a Jubilee logo icon will appear on the kiosk.
$60 Jubilee Gift Card Winner
• After a winning member has selected the icon on the kiosk, a ticket of text will then automatically print from the promotional kiosk.
• Once printed, the member must take that ticket to the West HQ reception desk where a staff member will validate their membership and issue the $60 gift card.
• Valid from 1st September 2024 - 31st October 2024.
• Any remaining value left on Gift Card after expiry date will be forfeited.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. Member(s) must be opted in the Loyalty system to be eligible.
3. If the member exceeds the allocated value of a prize, the difference in final payment will need to be paid by the member using either debit/credit card, cash, or points.
4. The gift card is permitted for one time use only, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to any other person or for any other object, points, cash amount, or value. It can only be used across the following outlets: Pizzaperta, Steak & Oyster Co, Harriet’s Chicken, New Town Thai, CHU Restaurant by China Doll, Corner Café, Gelatissimo and Eat St Bar.
5. All prizes must be treated like cash, if lost or stolen, West HQ is not responsible for the replacement of the voucher.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
West HQ reserves the right to:
7. Verify the validity of membership (including but not limited to, the Eligible Individual identity and age). If a member cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the promotion, the member will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
8. Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
9. Disqualify any Individual that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
12. The promotion is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
13. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this promotion (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
14. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc, the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this promotion will be binding and final on every member.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any member.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
