Quality Programs/ Degrees Western Wyoming Community College provides a high-quality education and a strong foundation of experience that prepares students for success in the workplace or at a four-year university. Western offers more than 37 Associate and Technical Degrees, more than 32 Certificate Programs and 2 Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees. Additionally, students enjoy small class sizes, hands-on learning and experiences, and opportunities to grow and develop into the student they want to become! Western has transfer agreements with many universities in the Rocky Mountain region including but not limited to: University of Wyoming, Utah State University, the University of Utah, and Weber State University. Students who earn degrees in technology and industry-related fields are well prepared to move directly into a thriving and competitive regional workforce.

Applying to Western is easy and free. There is no application fee. Applications are available online at westernwyoming.edu/apply. Note, you must first create a login to begin the process. Federal Aid

If you need help paying for Western, we encourage all students to submit a free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.ed.gov. Tuition is based on 12 credits for each fall and spring semester. Western Undergraduate Exchange rate applies to residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington. 3 Room and board is based on the estimated average room and with meal plan “A” for each fall and spring semester. 1

Two Bedroom $355/mo One Bedroom $422/mo Private Bedroom $522/mo All freshmen residents and all residents living in a non-apartment room are required to purchase either an A or B meal plan. A $150 application deposit is required for ALL rooms and for each resident.

Western offers excellent on-campus Meal Plan options to satisfy any student’s appetite and budget! MITCHELL’S: The newly renovated Mitchell’s all-you-can-eat Dining Hall offers options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner where students can enjoy eating on campus! T-REX GRILL: T-Rex Grill is a newly renovated café located on campus that offers breakfast sandwiches, burgers, made to order omelets, salads, pizza, snacks and desserts, and many more options available!

Western offers 7 different styles of housing to choose from! There is housing for every type of student and personality, and no more than 4 people share a bathroom in any of the options!

Plan A: 225 meals/semester +$225 Dining Dollars $1485 per semester Plan C: 75 meals/semester +$50 Dining Dollars $650 per semester

Plan B: 175 meals/semester +$125 Dining Dollars $1375 per semester

Mustang Athletics Western Athletics: Good People, Good Students, Good Athletes - in that order! Western is a Division I member of the NJCAA and Region IX. Region IX schools are located throughout Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska.
