WESTERN SON VODKA

It starts with a mixture of 100% yellow corn shipped from the Midwest and is naturally gluten-free.

The corn is milled, mashed and transferred to fermentation vessels where the yeast eats up the sugars and starches producing the initial batch of alcohol.

Our 20 ft. vodka column uses 10 perforated copper plateseach plate adds a unique distillation step creating a 10X distilled product.

How it’s Made For the final step, locally sourced water is used and filtered through reverse osmosis diluting the product to 80 proof/40% ABV.

The batch is at its highest proof of 190/90% ABV – doing this ensures ultimate purity and creates an odorless and clean taste.

The liquid is piped through stainless steel tubing where coconut carbon is used to help remove any impurities in the alcohol.

The end result is award-winning, gluten-free vodka perfect for every occasion.

Each season, we source fresh, local fruits from Texas farms to use in our flavored vodkas.

500 pounds of ripened fruit goes into a industrial sized-wine press to extract the purest form of juice.

How we Flavor The fresh juice is placed and stored in 55 gallon drums and refrigerated for future batching.

We combine our 80-proof vodka, fresh pressed juice, natural flavoring and water to create a flavored vodka that is 60 proof/30% ABV.

The end result is award-winning, flavored, gluten-free vodka perfect for every cocktail.
