The Fall River Retreat, a little piece of fishing paradise with almost 1 mile of the Fall River running through the property. This stretch of river is arguably the most prolific section of the river just before it reaches the Henry's Fork River. This private retreat is protected by steep canyon walls and rolling hills and pockets of thick vegetation yet offers full panoramic views of the Teton Range. It is a wildlife oasis supporting mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, and migrating elk. Many species of raptors hunt and nest on the property with incredible waterfowl populations calling this special place home as well. Although private, the property is easily accessed year around. 15 minutes from Yellowstone, 45 minutes from Driggs, 1 hour from Grand Targhee, 1 ½ hours from Jackson Hole.
