Caleb is a 4th generation Montanan from a family known for business integrity, land stewardship, and well-bred Quarter Horses. Caleb’s background pairs nicely with his modern world understanding and worldly experience— he’s traveled to six continents, studied abroad in Scotland, and worked on a New Zealand cattle station, all before settling down to continue the family traditions in Montana.
When he’s not working for real estate clients he can be found working with his young horses, at a team roping jackpot, hunting and fishing across Montana, or at home settled on the family ranch with his wife and his two daughters.

Our marketing team engages potential buyers and brokers through our own website, which is continually optimized and showcases each listing, receiving significant traffic. We also promote each listing through multiple website platforms, including Western Ranch Brokers, WesternRanches.com, Land.com, Land Broker MLS and other ranch and real estate related media.
CUSTOM BROCHURES
We design a custom brochure for each of our listings, providing potential buyers with a professionally printed copy. Brochures typically include a property overview and have informative sections on the land, improvements, ag operations, water and mineral rights, and any other features that make a property unique.
The brochures also often note the property’s surrounding areas including local amenities and attractions for those buyers who may be less familiar with the location. Each property brochure is available on our website, requiring interested parties to submit their information in order to download the brochure. We then personally follow up with each inquiry and add them to our database to receive future information.
MAPPING
Maps play a critical role in capturing each property’s attributes. We employ only the best mapping software engineers to ensure boundaries are clear, homesites are easily realized, and orientation is appropriate. Western Ranch Brokers marketing program includes a digital interactive map for each property on our website and often additional bespoke map images that help illustrate the most important features of each listing.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Western Ranch Brokers works with a number of professional photographers to capture striking images of each property and its features for our website, brochures, social media, email and advertising campaigns.
We also work with experienced videographers and gather extensive footage of the property and its improvements including aerial drone and interior shots to create compelling videos.
ADVERTISING & PR
We regularly place both print and digital advertisements in national and regional publications as listed below. We also pitch story ideas to these and other publications as appropriate for those interested in PR opportunities. Our listings are syndicated to thousands of websites across the internet.
Western Ranch Brokers advertises with several real estate publications to present our listings to both interested buyers and brokers. We also work with publications that cater to related interests such as equine activities, the farm and livestock trade, and high profile news outlets.
