-Yv – Yomont very fine sandy loam (0–1% slopes, occasionally flooded) 79.96 acres (51.21%) This is the largest soil type on the farm. It’s nearly flat and known for holding moisture well. While it can flood occasionally, it performs well with proper drainage and is suitable for small grains, hay, or improved grasses.
-EmC – Enterprise very fine sandy loam (3–5% slopes) 37.68 acres (24.13%) Slightly sloping and gently rolling ground. This soil drains better than flatter areas and is productive with contour farming or terracing. Good for dryland row crops or grazing.
-EmB – Enterprise very fine sandy loam (1–3% slopes) 27.90 acres (17.87%) Gentle slopes with good workability and water retention. This is solid dryland ground that performs well for general farming use.
-EmD – Enterprise very fine sandy loam (5–12% slopes) 10.60 acres (6.79%) This is the more rolling part of the farm. Still usable, but better suited for grazing or improved grass due to erosion potential on steeper slopes.
