Remember a few important points before hanging the Roman Blinds.
Read the manufacturers' instructions about the blinds' special headings.
The Roman Blinds with Velcro-type headings cover 1 - 2 inches of the blinds at the top. Measure the fastening from the blinds' top which will be covered to a few millimetres rightabovethewindowsill.

Get the Brackets Installed
Use the screws and install the brackets. Line up the brackets with the window frame’s edge, and match the screws within the holes of the brackets before screwing themtotheirplace.
Have the Roman Blinds Installed
Click the brackets in their place, and slide the top forward of the blinds for snapping the brackets. After that secure the Roman Blinds to the window frame. Adjust the shades to test the fit – pull on the cord or drawstring. How To Hang With An Exterior Mount?
