BOOKING FEE

A booking fee of £1 will apply on all ticket sales and reservations made online, over the phone or in person, whether paying by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Prices that are displayed on this website include this fee.

Why do we need to charge a booking fee?

The theatre receives no external grant or additional funding, and in order to provide you with the best entertainment possible, we need to charge a booking fee to secure our share of the ticket income. On average, we receive around 22% of the ticket price for the shows that you see at the West Cliff, with the majority of the ticket price going to the artists, producers and promoters. Charging a booking fee ensures that 100% of this extra revenue comes to the theatre.
