The family has decided with the passing of Orville and now Adeline, the time has come for another farmer or outdoors-person to benefit from the land. Nestled in the heart of some of Kandiyohi County’s most productive soils - here is a farm that has tile, an outlet on the property, access from a black top road and is located amongst many of the County’s most progressive and successful farmers. Parcel 1 has 192.97+/- (FSA) tillable acres with a CPI of 86.7, and an additional 11.31 CRP acres for a total of 204.28+/income producing acres. Parcel 2 has something for everyone with 42.98+/- (FSA) tillable acres, 16.97 income producing CRP acres and an additional 21 acres of recreational and hunting land. The new buyer(s) will be able to farm or lease the land in 2024. On behalf of the Klemenhagen Family and all of us at Fladeboe Land, we sincerely thank you for considering this excellent farmland opportunity and wish you a joyous holiday season and a Happy New Year. From La Nae, Peripheral Neuropathy patient: “Dear Dr., As my oncologist, you are aware of the side effects that I developed after chemo and radiation therapy. The recent one, neuropathy, mainly targeted my toes. The daily pain was excruciating. At times it was unbearable. Frankly, I didn’t know how long I could withstand the pain. The Reminder published an advertisement for the Nelson Clinic and Rehabilitation Care in Willmar, MN stating they provide laser therapy for neuropathy. Respecting the clinic as a previous patient, I set up an appointment. For three weeks, three times a week, I received laser therapy on my feet and lower legs. It worked; the horrific pain disappeared. It was miraculous to me! If the pain reoccurs, I will return for additional treatment. At this point, I don’t need to. Would you please recommend laser therapy to other cancer patients who suffer from neuropathy? It was a God-sent for me. Being diagnosed with breast cancer was disheartening but the various side effects of chemo and/or radiation therapy are devastating to one’s quality of life. Hopefully others with neuropathy can be spared the agony. Thanks for caring.”
