This Summer, we are delighted to host a series of wonderful, creative, and engaging events designed specifically for nursery-aged children. Each session will be led by our qualified subject specialists or experienced Forest School leaders, ensuring a fun and enriching experience for every child.
All activities have been thoughtfully planned with educational objectives in mind, helping to build important early learning skills and providing an excellent foundation for starting school.
These sessions are also a lovely opportunity to spend quality time learning alongside your children and to meet other parents within our friendly school community.

For: Ages 2 – 4 years
Join us for a fun Forest Friday where children will explore nature and make wild art using leaves, sticks and other natural treasures. Led by Mrs Milnes, our Head of Art, it will be a happy, creative time outdoors with lots of imagination and fun!

For: Ages 2 – 4 years
A fun and exciting session where children explore, experiment and discover the world around them through simple science activities. Led by our Head of Science, Mr Aslam, this hands-on experience will spark their curiosity.

Everyone is invited to enjoy a fun-filled day at Westbrook Hay! Organised by our parent association, families and friends can relax, play and spend time together enjoying activities and games in the beautiful school grounds.

firm favourite with our children, our Sports Stay and Play session gets everyone running, jumping and enjoying games together in our wonderful school grounds. Led by our sports teacher, Mr Pope, it’s a fantastic way to keep fit, build confidence, and enjoy fun, active play.

Step into the woods for a magical Forest Friday filled with stories and imagination.
Led by our Forest School leader, Mr Ross, children will enjoy listening to woodland tales surrounded by nature, making it a creative and much loved outdoor adventure.

For: Ages 1 – 3 years
Led by Mrs Ball, these settling in sessions offer a wonderful opportunity for children to explore and enjoy our Nursery environment before joining us in September, while making new friends and building confidence along the way.
