Is Westben accessible?

The Barn, Willow Hill and The Campfire venues have accessible parking and friendly golf cart chauffeuring, are complimentary! There are no steps into The Barn or into the washrooms. The Schoolhouse has 3 steps. We ask that wheelchair users advise the Box Office when tickets are booked. Please contact Westben for more information. Do I need to bring my own chair?

Guests attending concerts in The Barn at Westben do not need to bring chairs as they are provided. However, for concerts at Willow Hill and The Campfire, guests are kindly requested to bring their own chairs or blankets for seating comfort.

Do kids pay full price?

Westben offers affordable ticket options with $5 Youth Under 18 tickets and $30 Under 30 tickets. Guests can also save $1 off the Adult/Senior ticket price for Wing Seating in The Barn. Please note that all prices mentioned are before HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

Are events rain or shine?

All Westben events are rain or shine, with The Barn providing complete coverage. In the event of inclement weather, concerts originally scheduled at Willow Hill or The Campfire will be moved into The Barn, and ticket holders will be notified on the day of the event.

Where are the washrooms?

The washrooms at Westben are conveniently located behind The Barn, and are air-conditioned for added comfort. Additionally, there are washrooms available beside the ticket shed and at Willow Hill for the convenience of the guests.

Can I bring outside alcohol?

Patrons are kindly reminded that no outside alcohol is permitted on the Westben property, as it is a violation of our liquor license.
