NO, it can also beused towards arate buy down, pre-paid items suchas taxes and insurance, or a combinationof all three.

Do I have to pay the credit back?

The credits and/or discounts arenotadded to your loanamount, nor towards your interest rate, thereforeyou do NOThaveto pay them back.

Are there limits to the purchase price or are there area restrictions?

There are NO limits and no area restrictions in the states wherethe program is available.

Are education or courses required to receive the benefit?

NO, they arenot required; however, they are available and recommended.

Do I need a higher credit score than what government or agency guidelines require for this program?

No, you do not

Does it matter how much I make?

There are NO income limits.As long as you qualify, you can receivethe benefit.

Benefits are only valuable if your team members actually know about and utilize them. Excellent communication channels must be in place to introduce employees to the Home Perks program, as well as educate them on the details. We will work with you to put this in place. We do all the heavy lifting.

Program Introduction

With a customized website announcing the details of your company's Home Perks program, along with a dedicated phone line to answer any questions, we begin our program roll-out. We provide a variety of signage and printed literature for your company to have on hand. Your website will be fully designed, hosted, and maintained on our end, dedicatedjust to your organization.

Essential to the Home Perks implementation is an orientation class, designed to inform your team of your new benefit package and provide details on exactly what the program covers. We will work with you to get this set up.
