HOW TO ORDER Advanced ordering allows you and your guests the ability to enjoy the event without having to spend time ordering food. In order to ensure the freshest and highest quality food and service, please place advanced orders at least 24 hours prior to your event.

All Whitecaps luxury suites are equipped with a pre-stocked cooler with a variety of bottled soft drinks, juice, and water. All unopened bottles are returned at the end of the night and the suite is only charged based on consumption. Please indicate on your order if you wish to use the pre-stocked cooler. GENERAL INFORMATION DAY OF GAME ORDERS ~ If you are unable to place an advanced order, we welcome you to order from our Gameday Menu with your suite server when you arrive. Please be aware that there may be a delay in food delivery based on kitchen demand.
PAYMENT ~ To expedite a timely checkout at the end of the game, your suite will be billed on an itemized single ticket. A 15% service charge and 6% sales tax will be automatically added to your bill. The Whitecaps accept cash, check, gift card, credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express), or Suite Lease Account (prior Whitecaps approval required).
WHITECAPS POLICIES ~ • • • • •
Advance food orders may not be canceled within 24 hours of game time. Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed into Fifth Third Ballpark. (Including cakes and cupcakes) Smoking or E-cigarettes are not permitted on the DTE Energy Suite Level or inside Fifth Third Ballpark. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the ballpark. No glass bottles can be taken off the DTE Energy Suite Level or taken onto the outside seating area of the suite. If you wish to leave the suite level or go onto the outside seating area with a drink, you must pour the beverage into a disposable cup. Gates open ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.
INCLEMENT WEATHER ~ In the event of a game cancellation, please be aware of the policies below: • •
In the event that a game is canceled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for any food or beverage orders. A representative from the West Michigan Whitecaps will contact you at the contact number provided. If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food and beverages will be delivered and billed to the suite as planned.
FOOD ALLERGIES ~ If you or your guests have a food allergy, please let us know in advance so we can make every effort to accommodate. Please keep in mind that some ingredients originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use.
