Advance ordering allows your guests to enjoy the event without having to spend time ordering food and beverages. In order to ensure the freshest and highest quality food and service, we request that advance orders be placed a minimum of 24 hours prior to game time. We have outlined an entire section of the Suite Menu for Advance Order menu options. For your convenience, you may also order items in advance from the Game Day Menu section.
HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE ORDERING The newest and easiest way to pre-order food and beverages for your suite. Online ordering allows you to pre-order anything from the menu with convenience and ease. You can now view our entire suite level menu online at www.whitecapsbaseball.com/suites. Orders are automatically calculated and sent to our suite staff.
PHONE Please call our Suite Team at 616.726.7046 to place your order. Our team will assist you with menu selections and any special needs in your suite. We can also assist with special events or entertaining a unique client. Our goal is to make your Suite Experience one to remember.
ORDER DELIVERY In order to provide you and your guests with the best service, your food will be delivered approximately 30 minutes before game time. Cold Food will be kept under refrigeration in our Suite Kitchen until delivery time. Hot Food will be kept in chafing dishes in your suite. Our service staff will assist in setting up your suite and any last minute final touches. You will be assigned one server for the duration of your event.

Fifth Third Ballpark is one of West Michigan’s premiere venues for many types of events. Advance food orders may not be cancelled within 24 hours of game time. • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in Fifth Third Ballpark. (Including cakes and cupcakes.) • No smoking is permitted on the Suite Level. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the ballpark. • No cans or bottles can be taken off the suite level or taken onto the outside seating area of the suite. If you wish to leave the suite level or go onto the outside seating area with a drink, you must pour the beverage into a disposable cup.

INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event of a game cancellation, please be aware of the policies below: • In the event that a game is canceled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for any food or beverage orders. A representative from the West Michigan Whitecaps will try to contact you at the contact number provided. • If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food and beverages will be delivered and billed to the suite as planned.
PAYMENT To expedite a timely checkout at the end of the game, your suite will be billed on an itemized single ticket. A 15% service charge and 6% sales tax will be automatically added to your bill. Forms of Payment Cash, Check, Gift Card, Credit Card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express,) or Suite Lease Account (prior Whitecaps approval required).
