Starting with the Music Festival in May, a symphony of music from classical to contemporary. Summer brings the bandstand to life with brass and jazz from May to September. Stafford Festival treats visitors to free family entertainment in July. A series of Summer events sponsored by the Guildhall Shopping Centre will be held in Stafford Market Square culminating in a Childrens Fun Week 24 to 28 August. The year ends with events including a Victorian Market, Christmas Parade and Christmas Lights Switch-on with a Firework extravaganza. There is a lot to do and see within a 45minuite drive or less. Why not stay in Stafford, and visit the varied attractions in the Heart of England? The Wedgwood Centre home of Josiah Wedgwood, must rate highly on your list to visit.
