Beautifully situated above the site, with excellent views across the valley - a collection of three buildings designed with love and good taste, furnished differently but all with a cosy and friendly feel. There is a truly special harmony in the air here, being ‘close to nature’ is no longer a cliché but simply a way of life, without creating a tedious self-absorbed atmosphere of pseudo cereal professors offering Nirvana. The small spa was extended just a few months ago and now offers excellent treatments as well as tai chi, yoga and qigong. A genuine and natural crew, good food with an organic focus, friendly child care with a range of activities. No background music. Summary: a new kind of ‘honesty’, avoiding showiness, alpine kitsch and rip-off prices veiled in theatrical performance …

Cross-country skiing, nordic walking and ayurveda yoga

The energy of the mountains Shaolin days in the Kleinwalsertal

Ayurveda yoga, as a gentle balance to cross-country skiing or Nordic walking is individual and especially gentle on the back and the joints. This harmonious yoga form allows tailored anti-stress management for every day. The primary aim of this form of yoga is the individual harmonisation of the bo energies of vata, pitta and kapha. Winter cross-country skiing (a traditional way to enjoy the magical winter landscape of the Kleinwalsertal, accompanied by professionals) Summer Walking for pleasure in the most beautiful parts of the Kleinwalsertal combined with a professional Nordic walking course.

Discover renewed energy, movement, strength and tranquility with the knowledge of the Shaolin monks. Master Shi Yan Ling introduces participants in the Shaolin-qigong days to the art of Shaolin qigong and Shaolin ‘Rou Quan’ tai chi, two of the strongest energy sources known in the human body.

Ayurveda courses are led by: Otto Miller, Ayurveda therapist, teacher of yoga and Asian movement arts, Nordic walking and basic instructor in cross-country skiing. He was born in the Allgau and has working in health and prevention at the Naturhotel for 10 years.

Yoga and mountain hiking Mountain hiking is an area of exercise which allows the theory and practice of yoga to be combined in order to develop a conscious internal poise for everyday life. Body –awareness generates the harmonisation of body functions. Body-awareness allows body functions to be harmonised, improves both resilience in stress situations as well as the general physical well-being in order to attain lifelong satisfaction. There is always something on offer for children at the Naturhotel. The programme includes everything from puppet shows, horse carriage rides and torchlit hikes to children’s discos and campfires, table football, table tennis, volleyball and billiards. And there is much more of course. • Summer and winter we offer childcare 25 hours a week (for children three and over) – Times can vary. • We do everything to ensure the well-being even for the smallest of our guests. With beds, a cradle, allterrain buggy, baby package with changing pad, bathtub, nappy pail, • bottle warmer and baby phone.
