Pam is the founder of Bridge Marketing Advisors, a fractional marketing services and AI training firm. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at meQuilibrium, Skillsoft, and other leading technology solution providers.

Based on her decades of experience as a B2B marketing leader, and as a Gen AI enthusiast, Pam created Marketing AI Jump Start: an AI upskilling program for marketing teams designed to help marketing teams harness the potential of AI for effectiveness, efficiency and creativity.

Pam is also the co-founder of Women Applying AI, a free inclusive community to empower women to apply artificial intelligence in their work and daily lives.

Liz Graham joined the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) in February 2026 and serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and partnering with the executive team and board to execute MLSC’s strategy.

A startup executive, Liz specializes in scaling high-growth companies to sustainable profitability across AI (Ada IQ), climate tech (Indigo Ag), digital trust services (Notarize), eCommerce (Wayfair), SaaS (HubSpot), and media/technology (Comcast). She combines board-level governance experience with hands-on operational leadership to build high-performing teams.

Liz serves on several nonprofit boards, including MassChallenge, The Rappaport Institute, and Women Applying AI. She holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.St. from the University of Oxford (Balliol), and a J.D. from Harvard University.

Cyndee Hoagland is Senior Vice President of Owner & Public Sector at Trimble Inc., where she leads the strategic direction and execution of advanced technology solutions for government agencies, major infrastructure owners, and large-scale public projects. A seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience, she focuses on enabling digital transformation to reduce costs, improve productivity and quality, enhance worker safety, and support environmental sustainability.

As part of Trimble’s Executive Leadership Team, Cyndee collaborates with construction, design, and civil engineering firms, as well as government agencies, to deliver integrated digital solutions that accelerate project outcomes and operational performance. Under her leadership, Trimble’s public sector and owner-focused offerings support major infrastructure programs and help communities adopt effective digital workflows across the lifecycle of civil assets.

Sabrina Mansur is the Director of the Massachusetts Artificial Intelligence (AI) Hub, leading the statewide effort to build a responsible applied AI ecosystem following Governor Maura Healey’s 2024 AI Strategic Task Force recommendations. She has over 20 years of experience bridging advanced technology and real-world applications, with senior roles at Draper Laboratory, Motional, Torc Robotics, and Lockheed Martin.

At Draper, Sabrina led corporate strategy and technology roadmaps across bio, energy, defense, space, and transportation, contributing to AI-enabled sensing, navigation, and robotics technologies, and serving as chief program manager for Draper’s work on NASA’s Artemis program. She also guided the strategic roadmaps for Motional’s driverless vehicles and Torc Robotics’ autonomous freight delivery.

Sabrina holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is an inventor on multiple U.S. patents in AI, autonomy, sensor fusion, and navigation technologies.

Heena Purohit is the Director of AI Startups for Microsoft for Startups, where she has a dual role. She discovers and supports high-potential Data and AI startups globally, and she also advises Fortune 500 executives on how to navigate the AI revolution and translate it into business impact.

Before Microsoft, she spent over 15 years building and scaling enterprise AI products, launching multiple AI products from 0 to 1 and through growth. She also incubated a portfolio of GenAI startups within IBM’s Corporate Incubator program.

Outside of work, Heena is committed to closing the gender gap in AI and advancing responsible AI adoption. She is a global AI speaker and a leading advocate for AI literacy, responsible AI, and gender diversity in technology, helping ensure we build the AIpowered future thoughtfully and inclusively.
