HODSOLL
Renowned British interior designer and antiques dealer Christopher Hodsoll has partnered with George Spencer Designs to launch an exclusive new fabric collection comprising of four captivating floral patterns.
Drawing inspiration from Hodsdoll’s extensive design archive, the collection reimagines some of his best botanical motifs, reinterpreting designs in refined, contemporary colourways.
Hodsoll has distinguished himself in the interior design world by seamlessly integrating antiques into both modern and traditional spaces. Working together with Tim Walters of George Spencer Designs, the vision was for a floral collection that perfectly bridges the gap between heritage and today’s interiors.
“I’m delighted to be collaborating with George Spencer Designs on a new collection of fabrics. It revives fond memories of my earliest days with Geoffrey Bennison - longer ago than I care to remember. We’ve revisited some of our favourite heritage motifs, playing with scale and refreshing the colours. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results.” Christopher Hodsoll
MEADOW FLOWER
MEADOW FLOWER
A delicate and whimsical sprawl of wildflowers and butterflies form a collection of abstract stripes across this textured fabric, striking a perfect balance between elegance and playfulness. Meadow Flower is soft to the touch yet durable, making it a delightful choice for drapery and light upholstery.
Arabesque features an intricate arrangement of delicate flowers and leaves in the elegant and pared back style of fine line drawings. Set upon soft linen, the design seamlessly blends classic floral motifs with a contemporary artistic style. Light and fresh in feel, Arabesque conjures a sense of understated sophistication with an uplifting modern edge.
A modern take on the classic palm motif, Palm House brings contemporary tropical style to interiors. Stylised strings of white palm trees are framed within decorative stripes set against a softly speckled backdrop to create a bold eye-catching repeat. Vibrant and high energy, this distinctive design is available in five versatile colourways to complement a myriad of interior styles.
Inspired by its namesake, Hawthorn is a versatile linen fabric showcasing an intricate pattern of cascading Hawthorn leaves. Evoking a sense of dynamism, the design appears to lift from the textured white fabric, creating striking visual depth. While the overall look is fresh and contemporary, the tactile quality of this linen fabric adds a subtle charm, perfectly balancing contemporary design with timeless appeal.
