Shruthi Valliappan
Shruthi is a 7th grade student. She felt that coming to in person school from distance learning was weird. She enjoyed meeting her friends in person again, though. Now, at school, she made many more wonderful friends. She expected more people to be into kpop, though.

Avantika is a 7th grade student. She liked coming to in person school since she could meet her friends again. Although, she thought distance learning was fun too, since she enjoyed learning from the comfort of her own home. Middle school is going well for her, and she's making a lot of new friends. After coming back, she now thinks its better than her expectations!

Kyle is a 8th grade student. He's confident and hopes to succeed in academics, as well as things outside of school, and in high school. Some advice he would give to incoming middle school students is to make sure to do your work.
Jayden Pham
Jayden is a 8th grade student. Jayden is looking up towards high school as of right now with a lot of confidence. He feels like its going to be a lot more difficult and serious as the work loads are probably going to pile up and the difficulty of the subject and units. He feels like he's eventually going to feel overwhelmed but he knows he can do this. Overall, he has mixed feelings, but mostly good. Jayden's advice to incoming middle school students is to build good habits such as taking the time to do homework and to have a good attention span.

Anvitha Arumalla

Anvitha is a 6th grader. She was excited because not only was she going back to inperson school but she was excited to meet new people. She was first scared to meet new people but got over it after coming back to school! Anvitha has made many new friends and learned about her friends in middle school. She expected middle school to be dramatic as she read in many books but as of now she's enjoying middle school.
