FROM KRISTI
A
s we draw nearer to Thanksgiving, I thought I’d take a minute to say how thankful I am for our Winter Texans. You have given our region so much over the years, from your sense of adventure to your volunteerism to spending your hard-earned money all along the way and throughout the time you spend with us. I’ve learned so much from all of you, and I feel blessed to have been able to build a business around serving you. This business has also allowed me to hire a wonderful staff, for whom I’m also very thankful! Another reason I’m so thankful for all of you is because we’ve had an awful lot of fun with you over the years. You’ve taught us some very important lessons--like happy hour is every hour, it’s never too late to learn how to dance, and the best cookbook is a takeout menu. You’ve taught us the value of hard work and given us lots of tips on hobbies we should pick up once we retire. (Personally, I’d love to learn how to create stained glass!) You help us feed our families, too. This Thanksgiving, we want you to know how very grateful we are for each and every one of you! • We’re just connecting the dots,
Kristi

According to Carlos Espinosa, director of golf for the City of McAllen, it has changed a lot over
