臺灣與鄰近的日本在國土及社會發展上一直 有著相似的軌跡，同樣正面臨鄉村地區人口 老化、地方優質人力外流，都會地區人口過 於集中等問題。2014年日本提出「地方創生」 政策，積極引進「設計思維」創新模式，建 立地域性品牌，作為因應人口流失及再造地 方生機，振興地方經濟的經驗值得借鏡。
「設計翻轉地方創生」的願景與目標就是希 望透過專業設計團隊的協助，啟動地方自發 性思考未來發展亮點與機會所在，帶動產業 發展及地方文化提升，展現地景美學，人才 深耕地方及產業活絡多重效益。

In order to assist local governments in tapping into a deep profound local cultural heritage, the National Development Council promotes the "Design Regional Revitalization" policy. 50年 (1967-2017年)所發生的政經大事對於臺灣後 續產業發展所需引進設計服務是具有至關重要的 年份，從「產業資源」>「研究資料」>「文化 資產」>「設計資本」的研究概念，進行跨領域 的調查研究以及整合策展。
以臺灣不同年代的「食、衣、住、行、育、樂」 產業進行調查研究，從臺灣設計產業的歷史「資 源」之中，梳理出台灣產業設計豐富多元的研究 「資料」，建構出屬於臺灣本土設計特有的文化 「資產」，並得以探討臺灣產業設計永續發展且 具有競爭力的設計「資本」，展覽期間共 216,274參訪人次。
PROJECT EXHIBITION
The major political and economic events that occurred in the 50 years (1967 - 2017) were a crucial year for the introduction of design services required for the development after-effects of Taiwan's industries. This research concept is based on "Industrial Resources. Research Material.Cultural Heritage. Design Assets", cross-disciplinary research and integration curation.
Survey and research on "Food, Clothing, Housing, Transportation, Education, Entertainment" industries in different eras of Taiwan, Combing out the rich and diverse research "Data" of Taiwan's industrial design. Constructing the cultural "Assets" unique to Taiwan's native design, and being able to explore the sustainable development and competitive design "Cultural Capital" of Taiwan's industrial design. There are 216,274 of people has visited the exhibition.

EVENTS PROJECT
Since 2012, Taipei has organized a series of activities in response to the 629 World Industrial Design Day. In 2015, it has participated for the 4th time in a row. Through forums, studio door openings, and experience design activities, the public can feels "design" and participates in "design".
Look forward to working with Taipei to bid for the 2016 World Design Capital, and host 4 international design master forums, Open Doors open studio activities, and 4 events to interact with the citizen and experience the charm of design in person.

自2001年起由中華民國工業設計協會、日本 工業設計協會、韓國工業設計協會組成亞洲 設計聯盟，每年各國輪流主辦七天六夜的國 際學生設計研習營，包含國際講座、田野調 查、工作坊等，加強臺、日、韓大專院校工 業設計系學生之交流，此活動獲得臺、日、 韓國設計界、教育界及學術界熱烈的迴響。
三個國家逐年舉辦設計交流計畫，讓學生可 以共享設計理念並發掘自己的潛力，培育成 為亞洲設計趨勢的創新領導者。
Since 2001, the Chinese Industrial Design Association (CIDA), Japan Industrial Design Association (JIDA). Korea Industrial Design Association (KAID) has organized the Asia Designers Alliance (ADA), and held an international Student Design Workshop in turn, to strengthen the three colleges in Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. The exchange of students in the school's industrial design department received a warm response from Taiwan, Japan, the Korean design community, the education community, and the academic community.
The three countries hold design exchange programs every year, so that students can share design ideas and explore their potential, to become the innovation leaders of Asian design trends in the future.

「物語」是日文「故事」的意思，透過聆聽設計物 件說故事，不假任何抽象的理論概念在開心聽故事 的氣氛下，毫無壓力地學習到一個從設計看世界的 全新觀點！
詫異那隱藏在每日社會中所見的事物，背後深藏著 的易用性都是經過千錘百鍊換來你我直覺式使用， 令我們日日碰觸卻渾然不知背後所含有的設計語彙 及社會結構。
"物語" means "story" in Japanese. By listening to design objects and telling stories, without any abstract theoretical concepts, in a happy atmosphere of listening to stories, learn a new perspective on the world from design without pressure!

為什麼我們凝望著大海？
「我們懷著好奇和渴望仰望天空的根本 原因，與我們久久站立在海邊，凝視著 遠處洶湧波濤的大海的原因是一樣的。
就像古老的智慧一樣，被編碼藏在我們 的 DNA 之中，就像鮭魚知道那條它起源 的溪流一樣。但從理智上講，我們可能 不想返回那裡，但是這些基因知道它們 的起源，並渴望著那埋在深處它們那鹹 鹹的起源之地。」

In order to promote design-led public policy and enhance urban aesthetics and living experience through design, the 2022 Taichung Designers' Sharing and Exchange Meeting is specially organized to allow outstanding designers and design units with experience in design-led public sector to share with city government colleagues and local design teams the results of design-led public sector in various counties and cities, hoping that through sharing and discussion, the vision and spark of design-led municipalities will be stimulated.

Chill High 農漁親子樂翻天
20022年11月4至11月6日「2022 農漁親子樂 翻天」台中魚市場用植栽藝術搖身一變，打造出 最潮流的OUTDOOR氣氛親子派對！
在入秋之際，特別集結全台農業與漁業的特色商 品，更從產地到餐桌，現場由資深總舖師親自料 理，現烤石斑、烤蝦、烤蚵、烤蛤應有盡有，結 合台中魚市場-販魚所共同打造「烤魚吧」，不僅 提供多樣親子工作坊與街頭活動節目，現場超過 50家品牌市集，廣場大面積鋪設植栽佈置與海洋 鐵桶的站吧區，打造戶外海派風格，一旁還有特 色遊艇，漫步在夜晚的哈魚碼頭。
From November 4 to November 6, 2022, the "2022 Agriculture and Fishery Family Fun" Taichung Fish Market is transformed with planting art to create the most trendy OUTDOOR atmosphere for family parties!
In the beginning of autumn, the special products of agriculture and fishery in Taiwan are gathered together, from the production area to the table, and are prepared on site by senior chief shopkeepers. The large area of the plaza is decorated with plants and marine iron barrels, creating an outdoor nautical style, and there are also special yachts on the side, so you can stroll around the Harbor Fish Pier at night.

宇宙中最令人驚嘆的事實
「宇宙中最令人驚嘆的是包括組成地球 上生命在內的原子，即構成人類軀體的 原子都能追溯到坩堝在核心極端溫度及 壓力下將輕元素被烹煮成重元素。
這些繁星，尤其是那些質量較高的會在 晚期變得不穩定，它們坍塌之後爆炸， 並將它們充滿著豐富元素的碎片散佈於 整個銀河系間，這些碎片是由碳、氮、 氧以及其他的生命元素所組成。

The Most Astounding Facts In The Universe
“The most astounding fact is the knowledge that the atoms that comprise life on Earth, the atoms that make up the human body, are traceable to the crucibles that cooked light elements into heavy elements in their core under extreme temperatures and pressures.
These stars, the high mass ones among them, went unstable in their later years. They collapsed and then exploded, scattering their enriched guts across the galaxy. Guts made of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and all the fundamental ingredients of life itself.
These ingredients become part of gas clouds that condense, collapse, form the next generation of solar systems, stars with orbiting planets. And those planets now have the ingredients for life itself.
So that when I look up at the night sky and I know that yes, we are part of this universe, we are in this universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts is that the universe is in us.
