ars (www.schwarzmanscholars. org) is the first scholarship created to respond to the geopolitical landscape of the 21st Century. Whether in politics, business or science, the success of future leaders around the world will depend upon an understanding of China’s role in global trends. Scholars spend a year at Tsinghua University in Beijing earning a Masters degree in public policy. The Schwarzman is known as the Rhodes of Asia and fewer than 2% of applicants win this prestigious award. McCulloh is the second Air Force cadet to ever earn this award. He presently serves as a cadet Squadron officer and is dual majoring in astronomics and applied math, with a minor
