event coordinator. “It’s a great opportunity to beat the winter doldrums with a fun-filled night out among a great group of friends and neighbors.” Kicking off at 6 p.m. with a full cash bar plus cheese and crackers, the ball will feature music throughout the night by local DJ Stevie J. A full course buffet dinner is being carefully crafted by Spring Hill’s Special Event Chef, Maria Induisi-Richardson. Delectable desserts will top off the culinary delights. Both a live auction and a penny auction will give ball-goers the opportunity to get some great values on sought-after products and services. Among the items to be auctioned are ski tickets, Patriot and Red Sox memorabilia, liquor baskets, a Budweiser cart, hand crafted items, massages and more. Additional items are being added to the auction list throughout the month.
The Snow Ball will raise funds to help finish the historical society’s post-andbeam barn being constructed on Old County Road as a future education center.
Dancing will follow the auction with Stevie J. playing requests from his collection of music of every era. The bar will remain open for the duration of the evening. Tickets may be obtained by mailing a check made out to “The North Berwick Historical Society” to: Melissa John-
